Hermosa propiedad frente al mar - con capacidad para 10 personas

La propiedad de 5 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños se encuentra en una hermosa parcela de 5 acres en el lago Ontario. Enorme patio con terraza, mesas de picnic y parrilla. Playa accesible desde el patio trasero para nadar, caminar, andar en kayak y cazar vidrio marino y rocas. A poca distancia de la playa pública de Sodus Point, faro histórico y parques. No es necesario cocinar, los restaurantes y bares están a pocos pasos de distancia y son seguros en casa. El alquiler viene con el uso de tres kayaks con chalecos salvavidas. Lavadora / secadora, chimenea de gas, ropa de cama y toallas de baño incluidas. En días lluviosos, hay una televisión en la sala de estar equipada con una barra de fuego y un reproductor de DVD. Weekend getaway with friends.
We had a great time despite the wind and rain the last two days of our stay. House was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for a large group. Had everything we needed. Beautiful location with complete privacy. Look forward to coming back with better weather.

Beautiful home right on the water
This house has the most amazing view. It is waterfront with a beautiful front lawn and beach access. We really enjoyed watching the sailboats go by. We had more than enough room than we needed. The house was absolutely immaculate. The living room area is quite large and we had a really nice time gathering there.

Girls weekend
We stayed on this property from September 12 to the 15th. The home itself was beautiful! Lots of room to roam inside and outside. We loved how it was decorated. And the weather was beautiful! The beach was so much fun by the house! Every morning we were out collecting sea glass and just enjoying the peace and quiet of the waves crashing, watching the boats go by and the sunsets were amazing! We went to Captain Jack's bar to watch the Buffalo Bills game and had such a wonderful and fun time there. The "regulars" got a kick out of us all with our crazy antics every time the Bills scored. They were also loving the fact that we were from Buffalo as well! Such a great night. Back at our rental, we grilled, sat outside at night around the fire pit, played games indoors and laughed. We created such memories here. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any of our messages. I hope that one day we decide to come back because it was so very relaxing there. We highly recommend this rental. Beautiful area to be in and quite relaxing. Thank you Karen and Kurt you were wonderful hosts!!! Francine and the gals from Lancaster class of 1979 girls weekend!

Gorgeous property
The house was lovely, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The property was beautiful- we loved walking on the beach and sitting on the patio by the water to drink our morning coffee. The kids played in the water and had a blast. The ping-pong table was a fun surprise- we had enjoyed our family tournament. We only wish we had more time to spend enjoying the house!

Relaxing Getaway
We enjoyed our relaxing stay in a very comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious home. Weather on Lake Ontario in early June can be risky, but we were blessed with beautiful weather. The large backyard provided for some great lawn games. The weather allowed for 3 days for kayaking. We also enjoyed some great wildlife during our stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful site, amazing house!
We were a group of age 75+ who came to see the eclipse. We found a beautiful, clean, enormously well stocked home with a beautiful lake view. We felt too old and wobbly to try the staircase to the lake edge, but the patio was accessible. In a yard nearby there was a huge eagle nest, with babies, which kept us highly entertained. I have rented many homes through VRBO, but never one as comfortable, clean, inexpensive as this oner!

Perfect
The pictures really don't do this property justice. The house was fantastic and well set up for a large group of people. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. There were plenty of extra blankets, etc. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The owner communicated with us early and let us know they were available for any questions. We would absolutely stay there again should the need arise.

Absolutely wonderful!
What a great house! The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. The home is beautiful, well stocked with all you need for a great vacation. We walked everywhere. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance, yet the house is totally private. One of the best we have rented!

Family Camp was a great success!
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Lake House. The house was clean, beautiful and very comfortable for 7 adults and two children. The kitchen was easy to work in and the bedrooms were very spacious. The beach was covered in walkable smooth stones and the bottom was sandy once you entered the water a few feet. We enjoyed riding waves on windy days. The large yard was used for yard games of all kinds. The adults and the kids agreed this was a wonderful place for Family Camp!

Simply AMAZING!
The house was gorgeous and spotless! We had our family of 6 adults and 5 children and had plenty of room. The private beach was large and clean. The water had calm waves and the kids loved finding rocks that had washed up on shore. There is a beautiful patio that sits above the shore and is perfect for a nice meal. We absolutely loved this house and are looking forward to booking again!

Family reunion and surprise 90th birthday party
This is an amazing property. House was well stocked, including spices, baggies, and aluminum foil. Everyone said they are ready to go back in warmer weather. There were 9 of us and the house was VERY comfortable.

Incredible House and Property
This house was incredible! we had 6 adults and 5 kiddos and there was so much space for everyone! It was very clean, never felt crowded. So open and family friendly! So many extras! Everything you needed to cook and stay in but also close to a variety of neat resturants. The property was amazing and was perfect to let the kiddos run around and play! We cannot wait to go back!

Great House in a beautiful setting
We were able to get away for a long weekend with our parents, and it was fabulous! We started this the year of my mom's 80th birthday, but 18 months ago she had a spinal stimulator implanted in her back (she's had Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of 29). She can no longer sleep in a bed at night but Karen was open to us bringing her recliner chair to the house so we could again spend quality time with the two of them for the weekend. Thank you Karen- it was a great weekend, and mom is already talking about doing it again next year, so we'll be in touch after the first of the year!! In addition, the house is extremely comfortable and provided the perfect setting for us!!

Fantastic Getaway
The owners of this property were incredibly helpful, great communicators and very easy to work with! The home is so comfortable and clean, and the property is stunning! The home is well stocked, the owners have gone above and beyond to ensure their guests have everything needed to make their stay comfortable. The home is set up well for larger groups of family and friends with separate spaces that also flow together. There is plenty of tableware, chairs (in the house and on both decks), cooking items, games, blankets and towels - everything you need. And, again, the views are so beautiful. Sitting on the back deck or on the waterfront deck playing cards, chatting with family and watching sunset was our favorite!!! We also enjoyed the beach that went on and on with the crystal clear water. Oh, and there are three kayaks which made the waterfront even more fun. We would absolutely stay at this wonderful property again - we look forward to returning.

Awesome place!
This place is beautiful and it was very well equipped to house our family of 6 adults and two children. There is nothing negative I can say about it. It is more beautiful than the pictures show. We all loved it a would love to vacation here again.

Another Great Week Here!
We've stayed here before and loved it. House is well appointed, the newer 'mezzanine' (as we called it) on the hillside is wonderful, beach/shore access is great, the newer stove was great for us as we cook every night. The house is clean, private and comfy. Host was very communicative and available if needed. I'm sure we will return.
