Lucky week at Lucky Dog
2nd row dog-friendly home with 2 game rooms, ocean views, rooftop is what you get, but don't expect perfection. Rooftop view is lovely. We had great weather. Short walk to beach. Picnic table nice with live oaks, need working lights updated in trees. A lot of steps, perhaps hard for anyone with challenges. Front slider door can be pulled open when locked. Outdoor shower needs clean up, better floor surface, more natural light. Sinks slow to drain. Outdoor hose nozzle is hard to squeeze with broken handle, leaking hose. Only 2 of 4 pool cues have tips, we left chalk we purchased. Ceiling fan above pool table does not work. Temperature is too warm in front bedroom when freezing in second same-level bedroom. Landscape needs help, weedy front and nothing in back. Hanging chairs below are moldy and rotting. Two old grills below although no charcoal grilling allowed. One chair in screen porch has rusted/broken lower support railing. Reported issues immediately, received thanks for report, and never heard again until review request. Beach with adult kiddos made it fun, a bunch of glass-half-full folks, grateful to be at the beach. Town could use more sidewalks for walking and biking.
