We received confirmation that the house was reserved, along with all the corresponding confirmation messages.However, shortly afterward, we were informed that the house had already been rented out and were told to make alternative arrangements for different dates on our own.This is completely unacceptable.We will now check whether we have also been charged, which would constitute fraud.I will not be using this platform again.”
