“Beautiful place! We stayed at the Crawford Cottage, which is very cozy. In front of the cottage there is a place to sit and read in front of a fountain. At the end of the day there is happy hour and they share dessert (delicious), tea and coffee. We had breakfast on the terrace overlooking Forsyth Park, a relaxing experience. From the hotel, you cross the street and you are in Forsyth Park, a fantastic place to walk. Definitely a place to return, and connect with the tranquility of the area....

“Eric and Melissa are wonderful hosts and Inn Keepers! So welcoming Ming, friendly, warm and reassuring in a strange place. The Inn and room were great immaculate and cleanest I have experienced. “Our stay at the Bellwether was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and our room was absolutely stunning. They think of every detail to ensure your stay is everything you hope for and more. “This was such a great place to stay right on the beach. It was clean and comfortable. The best part about it was our wonderful host, Rick MacDuff. He made us a wonderful breakfast every day and set out wine and cheese every evening. He told such great stories and was so informative. A really interesting man. “Stayed here for a mother-daughter trip & loved it! Very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, & a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Beach towels and other basics are provided to you. Only a few minutes from the marine science center, lighthouse, etc. My only tiny complaint is that our room on the first floor was a little tight and would probably be better for a solo traveler, but I know they can’t do much regarding room sizes! Overall 5 stars :)”
