“Beautiful house filled with great antiques. We had breakfast there every day and the pancakes were stellar! The innkeeper, Jim, was a refreshing delight, and gave us insightful information about local places to visit, including the Austin Dam Park and a spot to see elk (which we did!). Emporium has charm, and was a great home base for us to travel to see the Kinzua Skywalk and the Straub’s Brewery Tour. Would totally stay at the Hygrade Inn again. ”

“Overall, very happy with our stay here - Wife and I spent three nights with our elementary school aged boys. Cabin was clean, comfortable, well cared for, and nicely appointed. Cozy atmosphere for sure. Well kept grounds - boys enjoyed playing outside in the field and down by the stream, as well as by the fire pit at night. Host was very responsive to any questions. We will certainly stay here again next time our travels take us to this area of the state. ”

“Cozy home with a historical vibe. Amenities galore!! If you forgot something at home chances are they will have it in the house. Quaint area not too far from Benezette elk viewing we even stopped a few elk about a mile down the road.”

“Communication and cleanliness was great. Neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed Nan's Diner for breakfast, Rich Valley Wines for the evening, and Pizza Palace for a yummy quick meal. Great location not far from the Elk. Enjoyed a Bald Eagle, Porcupine, and deer also. Enjoyed the stars also. Perfect location to see it all. quiet. Enjoyed breakfast , rich valley wines”

“Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀.”

“The rental is very spacious and clean. Check in and out with ease. Located close to attractions and parks. Also, located right on main road and not back in woods. You will hear tractor trailers all day and night. The rental is a converted garage; which isn’t a big deal save it is loud with the furnace and dehumidifier. “We came for stargazing at a pet-friendly cabin and, despite being "clouded out" the first night we still had a fantastic time. The cabin was clean and check-in was easy. We were able to get some stargazing in on our second night, despite some clouds, and you could tell on a clear night this would be the place to be! Loved the various areas to enjoy, including an enclosed front porch where we watched the rain come in. The large field made for a great area to stargaze and we decided to stay there...

The owner had supposedly blocked off the weekend months ago, according to the one lady whom was speaking to her, but it was still lasted on the VRBO site as available when I booked it.
