We never had any contact with the host regarding check in info or access info for the key safe, we weren't even sent the address and had to find it using google street view. Host ghosted us completely and the customer service team at VRBO also couldn't get in contact with him. “The pictures don’t do this place justice. The complex has some great buildings. The barn is a great hangout space with some fab amenities.Some of the sofa beds are a bit tired (cottages) and lighting to and around the hot tub would work really well.”
