“Our house was exceptional. We brought inflatable paddle boards and got out every day. We loved the roof top patio, and made good use of the kitchen. The bugs are no joke. Some in our group hardly got bitten, some got eaten alive. We used OFF every day and had a rechargeable Therma-Cell that kept them away while on the roof at night.Two couples on this trip, with plenty of space and privacy.”

“We had a wonderful time in Hopkins at this spacious beach house. The location is absolutely beautiful with an amazing dock and beautiful outdoor living. House has everything you could need- exactly as described. Short 5 minute golf cart ride to the marina with a restaurant and town/resorts 5 minutes in the other direction.”

“The Villa was better than advertised. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time. Juan (the property manager) was awesome and unobtrusive. We had Chef Aaron preparing our breakfasts/lunches/dinners/stocking the refrigerator everyday of our stay and he and his team were fantastic! Anna Sosa the masseuse was the best we have ever had. “The Sun and Sea beach house is amazing! Everything about our stay in Hopkins was perfect. Mirko was a fabulous host, checking in to see if we needed anything or ask how we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend that you also book your excursions through Mirko, they were incredible and all we had to do was show up. Overall a wonderful relaxing vacation in a gloriously beautiful setting.
