Alquiler de casa con gran jardín y piscina en medio de la naturaleza, a 4 km de la playa

casa de vacaciones encantador con piscina de diámetro 5m y un amplio jardín de más de 3000m2 en el medio de la naturaleza, cerca del maravilloso mar cristalino de Solanas con su gran playa de arena. La casa tiene una sala de estar / cocina, 4 dormitorios y 2 baños. La cocina y los baños se han instalado aprox. Hace 3 años y son funcionales, modernas y limpias. La cocina tiene todas las comodidades necesarias, como lavavajillas, horno y microondas. De todas las habitaciones de la casa, mirando por las ventanas, verá el verde del jardín con sus pinos, árboles frutales, y poco césped de hierba en frente de la casa. Los árboles están llenos de todo tipo de aves que va a cantar canciones felices allí durante el día. Al entrar en el jardín se puede disfrutar de sus vacaciones en total privacidad, también en la temporada alta. Usted puede leer un libro en una de las hamacas a la sombra de los pinos, o crear una comida fantástica en la enorme barbacoa cemento. Hay un montón de lugares para sentarse y relajarse, por ejemplo en la mesa de mosaico de 4 m de longitud, con suficiente espacio para que todos tengan una cena noche de verano caliente tarde en buena compañía.

La piscina de madera de diámetro 5m está situada en una terraza de madera con sombrillas, tumbonas y duchas. Perfecto para un momento de relax después de un día de explorar la belleza del entorno de Cerdeña, la cultura y las playas. Aquí se puede disfrutar de los últimos rayos de sol del día con una bebida fría y tener una buena conversación o leer un libro.

Más adelante en el jardín se encuentra un pequeño campo de juego multifuncional (sin foie), para un juego de fútbol, ​​volleyball o badminton. Hay árboles frutales de todo tipo, desde los higos a melocotón. En la temporada del propietario le proveerá con huevos frescos de las gallinas 3 que viven en un rincón del jardín.

La casa se encuentra a 2 km de la salida de la forma y muy fácil de alcanzar. El último 50m estará en un camino de arena. Es un lugar perfecto para empezar a exlore Cerdeña: es por ejemplo un aprox. 40 minutos de Cagliari, la hermosa capital de Cerdeña con su antiguo centro de la ciudad y bellos monumentos. Villasimius con sus playas de arena blanca, aguas claras y reserva natural marina. Otra opción es ir al norte hacia Costa Rei o Muravera, donde también hay mucho que ver y explorar.

Excellent property in the countryside close to the beach. A car is needed.
Our family (6 people) has been in this very nice property for one week in July 2017. The house is comfortable with all needed facilities. The owner, Alice, is very nice and helpful with any reasonable request by the guests. There is a big garden around the house. The nearest beach is around 4 km far from the property. Nice place to relax in summertime. A car is needed since the property is somehow isolated in the countryside.

Familien-Urlaub im Agust
Das Ferienhaus ist super ruhig gelegen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Durch die Hühner auf dem Gelände hatten wir jeden Tag frische Eier. Außerdem konnten wir aus dem Garten frische Feigen, Orangen und Passionsfrüchte ernten. Viel Freude haben uns auch die Katzen und die alte Hunde-Dame gemacht, die in einem abgezäunten Bereich auf dem Grundstück gewohnt hat. Bei Rückfragen war Alice immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können das Objekt jedem empfehlen, der ein abgelegenes ruhiges Ferienhaus mit Pool und großem Grundstück sucht. Es ist allerdings ein Mietwagen notwendig.

Prachtige locatie midden in de natuur en dichtbij mooie stranden.
Een heerlijke sfeervolle en vooral rustige plek om je vakantie door te brengen. De eigenaresse is uiterst vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Het huis en de tuin zijn niet perfect onderhouden maar dit is niet storend en heeft zeker zijn charme. Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in deze vantie woning.

Fantastic house with plenty of space and privacy
We had an amazing time in Alice´s house and enjoyed the space, peace and privacy. Everything is as described and we had a lot of fun with the 3 cats, little dog Tobi and the chickens that supplied us with fresh eggs. At the same time, great beaches such as Solanas or Costa Rei are within a short car distance. Cagliari also is easily reachable for a Saturday night out (40 min, 10 Euro for 24h parking right in the city center). Check-in and out went smoothly and Alice is always reachable in case of questions or problems. Thanks Alice for letting us stay a little longer since our flight was only in the evening. We will definitely come back again and can highly recommend this place.

tolle Ferien auf Sardinien
Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (10). Die Kinder waren gleich schon beim Betreten des Grundstücks begeistert. Schönes geräumiges Haus und großer Garten. Die überdachte Terrasse ist super mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch der eigene Pool und der Bereich darum herum hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber genau das wollten wir so. Mit dem Auto ist man aber in ein paar Minuten am wunderschönen Strand von Solanas. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt davor und der Strand gar nicht überlaufen, sondern schön ruhig. Für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Petit paradis
Maison bien agencée. Équipement complet. Ensemble calme et bucolique. Grand jardin où les enfants passent leur temps avec les chats et les poules. Grande Plage à 5 minutes en voiture. La météo ne nous a pas permis de tester la piscine. Je recommande vivement pour les familles avec enfants. Alice, la propriétaire est adorable, et parle un français parfait.

Super fijn plekje voor jezelf
Met het gezin heerlijk genoten van dit paradijsje voor jezelf. Fijn huisje op een groot terrein, waar de kinderen lekker hebben kunnen spelen. Binnen en buiten allemaal top ingericht. Je voelt je er snel helemaal thuis Op 5 minuten rijden van een super leuk strandje, met wat horeca / winkels vlakbij. Meer toeristische dorpje zijn ca 20 min rijden.

Wer es nicht so trubelig mag, ist hier genau richtig...
Das Ferienhaus ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist schnell und unkompliziert, auf Anfrage gibt sie auch gern gute Tipps. Es liegen viele schöne Strände in der Umgebung, die gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind und trotz super Wetter nie voll waren. Das Meer ist traumhaft klar und man kann sogar Fische beim Schnorcheln entdecken. Für Restaurantbesuche im Oktober sind Reservierungen empfehlenswert, da nicht mehr alle Restaurants geöffnet haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Schöne Finca mit grossem Garten
Es ist eine tolle Anlage! Mit Alice als Gastgeberin wahr alles super. Der Pool wahr sauber, die Obstbüsche mit den leckeren Früchte um den Poll sollte man mal ein bisschen zurückschneiden. Die Betten wahren sehr komfortabel! Jeden Tag gab es 3 frische Eier! Dort dürfte aber mal richtig gesäubert werden. Die Strände im Süden sind alle top! Wir kommen wieder!

Lovely retreat away with beautiful scenery and grounds.
We had a fantastic time away. It was just what we needed peace and quiet with nature surrounding you. The grounds of the villa kept our kids endlessly entertained. There was lots of wildlife to see, swimming pool, play area, chickens, football pitch and plenty of shade if needed. Alice was fantastic from start to finish was at the end of the phone if needed and provided lots of advice. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if your looking for sometime away to rest.

Super maison au milieu de plages de rêves
La maison et l’immense jardin sont très agréables . La piscine , le terrain de foot, les poules qui donner des œufs , notre fils a adoré , plein d’endroits différents dans ce jardin le rendent très agréable . La maison est grande et la Clim est hyper appréciable ! Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cette maison . Les alentours sont magnifiques, plein de plages à découvrir !

Beautiful property, and so much space. Kids loved the pool and football pitch, and the on site dog is so sweet. Some of the best beaches are within 20mins and you can visit a different beach each day and not return to the same one in a week. Perfect place for families
You will have a large space to yourself as the house is located on a large property. Note that it is not ocean front, but a short drive to the nearest beach in Solanas. The property has a playground set, a pool and a field to play sports like football (soccer) for the kids. Our kids loved everything about it, including the chickens, which gave us fresh eggs each morning; as well as the sweetest outdoor dog that visits to say hello. There are air conditionning units in the common area rooms and fans in the bedrooms, which are much needed in the summer. And the pool is a very nice benefit. Alice was a great host and provided us some bread, milk and water as we arrived late in the evening. The markets are close by with all essentials a short drive to Solanas. Villasimius is 20 minutes away with great restaurants, shops, supermarkets and flamingos! Towels and linens are provided, but bring your own beach towels. She has a beach umbrella to borrow. The kitchen comes with an espresso maker, pots and pans, toaster, microwave and stove/oven-everything needed to make meals at home. We had a great stay and will stay here again if we visit Sardenga in the future. Thank you Alice for your hospitality.

Unsere Kinder und wir haben die Woche in Alice Haus und vor allem im riesigen Garten mit Pool sehr genossen. Für die Kinder waren die Tiere und das tägliche Eier holen ein Highlight ;-) Außerdem gab es einen kleinen Bolzplatz mit zwei Toren und eine Schaukel mit Rutsche. Für die Erwachsenen gab es Hängematten und jede Menge gemütliche Sitzecken über das Gelände verteilt. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es empfiehlt sich schon vor der ersten Ankunft einen kleinen Einkauf zu machen, da es in Solanas nur einen Minisupermarkt gibt, der während unseres Aufenthaltes noch gar nicht geöffnet hatte (Ende Mai noch Vorsaison?!?) und die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 15Minuten entfernt in Villasimius sind. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt notwendig. Vom Haus sind es fünf Minuten zum Strand von Solanas (an dem man direkt kostenlos parken kann). Wir hatten mit vier Personen eine tolle Woche im Casa Luca, es gab aber noch ein weiteres Zimmer mit Doppelbett und separatem Badezimmer, sodass es mit Sicherheit auch mit sechs Leuten noch entspannt ist. Das Haus mit der großen überdachten Terrasse ist auf jeden Fall auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen, die dort viel Platz haben sich zu bewegen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. La maison est vraiment identique à l'annonce, elle est au calme, a tout pour plaire, c'était parfait, un havre de paix dans nos vacances. Alice est géniale, chaleureuse, accueillante et disponible. Pour visiter l'île, la maison n'est pas idéalement située car tout est loin : magasins à 20 min, plages hors solanas à 20 min. Cependant, tout est loin en Sardaigne, on est obligé de beaucoup rouler pour tout.

Heerlijk en vooral genieten
Bij aankomst werden we prima ontvangen door de gastvrouw. We zijn rond geleid over 3000m2 tuin. Wat een heerlijke tuin, veel schaduw en het terras met zwembad heerlijk in de zon. Twee slaapkamers met een eigen badkamer, wel handig met twee tienermeiden. Iedere dag verse eieren van de kippen en daarna nog even hangen in de twee hangmatten. Veel gedaan in de omgeving en prima te berijden vanaf het vliegveld. Zo’n 40minuten Kortom echt een aanrader 👍 Alice bedankt

Relaxing home in the countryside
We would really recommend this property in the Sardinian countryside. Alice is a first class host - she couldn't have been more helpful! If you want peace and quiet to get away from it all, then this is a great place to relax, with lovely views of the mountains and a large garden with a friendly dog and some chickens. The pool was very clean and the children loved it. It is only 5 minutes in the car to the local beach at Solanas, and there are excellent beaches at the Costa Rei about 30 minutes away by car, and Villasimius is closer, and also has a lovely beach. The colour of the sea is a beautiful turquoise blue! Cagliari is certainly well worth visiting, and it takes about 45-50 minutes by car from here. Don't miss visiting the archaeological site of Su Nuraxi di Barumini - a fascinating UNESCO world heritage site. The house is comfortable and clean, and there is lots of scope for outdoor dining in the summer. A lovely holiday!

Toller Urlaub mit der Familie
Wir sind eine Familie mit 4 Kindern (8,6,4,2Jahre) und waren das erste mal auf Sardinien. Das Haus war klasse, ruhig gelegen und super ausgestattet!! Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Alice war immer erreichbar und schnell in der Kommunikation! Das Wetter Mitte Oktober war klasse mit bis zu 28 Grad und die Meertemperatur ca 23Grad! Die Strände in der Nähe sind unbeschreiblich schön und auch bestens für kleine Kinder geeignet. Wir kommen wieder!
