Perfecta ubicacion de la playa y centro recreacional y tranquila . Ofreciendo todas las comodidas , biciclestas , sillas de playa , sombrillas, mesa de pin pon , carretilla para ir para la playa, lo han pensado todo. Fue una estancia agradable.

The apartment was very clean, and they had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to take everything to the beach. They provide you with toilet paper and dish soap, the kitchen has everything to cook. Everything is close by and you can use the trolley to take you to the siesta village or you can walk to the village. We did not like you can hear the steps from the third-floor apartment and need chande stairs carpet smelled bad, and put on an A/c where there is a ping pong table

The condo was absolutely beautiful, with plenty of room for everyone. The doors that open completely at the front is a wonderful way to let the ocean breeze in! It was such a short walk to the beach, having the chairs, umbrellas, and wagons to use was a wonderful added touch! It was also a great location to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property, however, it is more of an “apartment-like” property. Great location though, very clean and access to property managers were great. Overall wonderful trip :)

The location was absolutely perfect, and we really appreciated the beach amenities we had access to (chairs, carts, umbrellas, kayak, bikes, etc). We do wish the listing was a bit more clear about the shared areas, we would have loved to have used them more but they were very very hot, no AC. Minimal issues were quickly addressed by host. Overall had a wonderful stay.

Our family rented the 3-bedroom apartment on the second floor. Property owner was friendly and attentive to answer questions. The apartment was fresh and clean with plenty of linens, dishes, and beach gear. The kitchen had the basics and could use a few plastic items to accommodate the microwave usage and children. Access to the beach was right across the street and the beautiful white sand beach was wide open without crowds. Overall, we loved the location and apartment. Would suggest a thorough cleaning of the entrance floors, stairs, and downstairs rooms to give better first impressions when entering the building because the apartment was well done. Great price for a great space.

Great location, across street from the beautiful beach, trolly stop directly outside the front door, lots of bicycles available, free use of washer and dryer. outdoor picnic area, inside sitting area...too many amenities to cover them all. A great experience.

Any other VRBO we have used through a rental agency has been a poor experience. Dan and Gertrude Rentals could not have been more gracious, caring, responsive and/or informative. They are not about the rental revenue, as they sincerely care about your experience and being a positive part of your stay. Cannot thank or commend him/them enough. Because of this experience, our first to Siesta Key, we will be back next year.

we arrived a tad bit early and Dan was gracious enough to let us check in as soon as the house was ready. Everything you need can be found in the house and more if you just ask him. Will definitely recommend this place to out friends.

The location of this property can’t be beat. it’s far enough away from the busy condo developments that the beach feels private and close enough to walk to the village. The public beach access is across the street and the actual walk to the beach is a little long, but it’s to be expected to enjoy the powdery sand and warm waters of siesta. beach carts are provided, so it’s no big deal: even if you were ocean front, you’d have the same distance to walk.

We loved our stay in Siesta Key. The accommodations worked great for our family and the location was perfect (right across the street from the beach access path). It was so nice to have beach towels provided along with access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. Bicycles were also available but we did not have time to use them. My only suggestion would be to provide a scrubbing sponge and additional kitchen towels. We would definitely consider renting here again!

A very clean and beautiful apartment with all the amenities you could want. A comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Dan is an great host and is always there for you when you need him. We had a wonderful stay! There’s plenty of room for everyone, and the location is great. You can walk to the beach, or take a trolley out to the village of Siesta Key, where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options.
