Paradise🌴
This condo was sparkling clean ! The place was very comfortable , had everything you would need in the kitchen if you wanted to make meals there. We had breakfast on the patio each morning , the view of the gulf was beautiful ! The king bed was also extremely comfortable ! The pools and grill area were an extra bonus , a lot of days we were the only ones in the pool . The condo location is in a very nice area , easy to walk to dine , shop or get an ice cream .

January Getaway
Quiet location, within walking distance to good restaurants and other activities, direct access to the private beach (though you can only sit in the soft sand spot if you rent a beach chair from the facility; otherwise you have to sit outside their flagged area past the high tide line), great view from the balcony to watch the sunset in January. Accomodations were very clean and included many updated technologies like Alexa, digital lock system, and Internet/Xfinity TV. The appliances, however, need to be updated especially the range which had the old electric cook top elements that didn't sit level and the right front large burner didn't work at all. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return.

Well located beautiful area will be going again but not with this owner somethings was out dated and the beach view was a litte misleading and the beach equipment that was free to you to us was a disaster and the patio was small because of the beach equipment and furniture

Easy checkin….ample parking…. great location and view with ease of walking on the beach, to nearby restaurants and stores. Property managers were very helpful and informative. Trolley stop across the street is a bonus!

My wife and I stayed here for a week. About as close to the beach as one can get without getting wet. Nice property. Would return. One bedroom, so you can gage how many people should stay there. Certainly ample room for two people.

This place was spacious enough to comfortably sleep our family of 4 for a week. The living space, kitchen, and bedroom were larger than we expected. The Murphy bed worked out great, too. Kitchen was well stocked with all the pans, dishes, and utensils needed to cook meals. We cooked nearly all our meals in the unit and enjoyed that a lot. The view from the deck is wonderful with a perfect sunset view. You can even hear the waves! Pools on the property were super warm and clean. This property is truly beach front! Also included were beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Everything we needed was included and made for a very easy stay with our children. Would stay here again for sure. *My only gripe is the dishwasher. It really needs to be replaced. I gave up using it and hand-washed everything because the dishes came out so badly.

Beautiful Place!!
What an awesome place to stay, AAA+++. Fantastic view of ocean, clean, well equipped kitchen, beach toys, chairs and towels! Beach right outside the door. Close walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a car due to my partner went golfing. Golf courses close by only 15 minutes by car. Awesome parking space. Really don’t even need a car free trolley and other transportation available. Can’t wait to book with this host again!!

Great Place to Stay
Very well equipped beautiful place ON THE BEACH but .... elevator was not working and 4 flights can get a bit tiring so hope it gets fixed when I come back. Also, trip was cut short by hurricane!!! Hope everything is back in order, Highly recommend. Great Location, Great Place and the management company is quick with communications and very nice.

Amazing Amenities & Great Service
We LOVED our condo. It had everything we needed, and the complex is in an amazing location. We had a great view from the balcony, and appreciated the super short walk onto the beach as well as the two nice pools on the property. The condo has tons of extras for guests - such as a wagon to take things to the beach, a cooler, beach tools, books within the condo for guests to read, tons of cooking supplies, etc. Also, management was great to deal with and super communicative. Checkin is easy, the complex is in great shape, and I couldn't recommend our stay more. Also, the beach location is gorgeous, has tons of shells, and has easy access to restaurants and shops. We loved it and hope to come back!
