Siesta Key Trip
We enjoyed our stay at the condo itself. It was very clean and a great location. One major drawback for us was the beach service. We had our own chairs and didn't need to rent. However, the beach attendant was very quick to point out to anyone that attempted to sit in the area where he was renting chairs that this wasn't allowed. So just a head's up to anyone bringing your own....you will have to go to the public area(which is tiny and always packed) or sit in front of his flags, which is in the water...this is where we sat up the entire time we were there. This alone will deter us from staying at this location again sadly.

Nice Spot!
Space is awesome. Can't beat location. The property manager (iTrip) was not very welcoming requiring extra ID verification sent twice. They were also very eager to know when we were leaving.

Crescent Beach stay
The property has a nice private beach. The condo was very clean, as pictured. Parking is as advertised, have a small car, Kia Soul fit perfectly. Beds were comfortable, but pillows need to be replaced, too flat. Location, you can walk into crescent area no problem. Would recommend location on key.

Great property
This is a great property! Clean, well stocked and right on the beach. It has a well stocked kitchen for making meals, as well as a closet with coolers and sand toys. On the balcony you will find beach chairs and a wagon to cart everything to the beach and back. We brought our daughter and one of her friends for their senior year spring break. They enjoyed the pool as well. We would definitely stay here again.

If you like sunsets from your couch or balcony, this is the place for you in Siesta Key. Clean, comfortably, and friendly describe our experience. At night, we slept on a comfortable king bed with the doorwall open a crack to hear the waves lapping on the shore as we fell asleep. In the morning, we walked on the long sandy beach just yards from our living room. Kitchen was great, bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower. Cushy leather couches in the living room and a balcony with comfortable chairs and a table. It's about sunsets and beaches on the Gulf. Really, why even leave the condo?

Nicer than advertised... more spacious with lovely balcony view and sitting area. Staff very responsive and professional. Can walk to some restaurants and shops. Only unexpected items were: limited closet space in main bedroom and layer of (very responsive) management.

It was a great stay at a wonderful location. Seems the house next door was always under construction, which has apparently been going on for years, no fault of VRBO, couldn’t hear much with doors closed anyway. Beach was crowded even though it was a “private beach” because public beach access #13 was 5 feet away and people pretended to be from our condo that weren’t, but again not the fault of anyone at VRBO. After a strong rain on Tuesday, a couple days later the beach was contaminated with Enterococcus and it was advised not to swim our last day, out of anyone’s control too. Overall, I would come back. Maybe stay someone more private with a truly “private beach” but I would stay here again too. My husband and I and our 3 kids liked the condo overall. Gorgeous view! Just happy to be on the beach!

Siesta Sands Great, #409- terrible
Never advised of roof work although they deny that. This was re- routed through I-Trips/VRBO whom I will NEVER use again. Worst experience ever. Broken blinds, shower couldn't be used beach equipment old & broken. Roach infested. The sewer gasses are so bad that we had to cover all drains at night. Checked with other renters in exact floor plan- in the complex, we overpaid by about 1/3 of what others were paying. Could not get in upon arrival- we were given wrong code. Major construction next door. No, they can't control that, but we should have been advised. They denied that when I spoke to them even though I was taking a video of the construction and extremely loud noise at the time. Our stay was 1/5/22-1/11/22. Construction is expected to be ongoing for at least another year. Everything I've said is the truth. It will be denied by the management company. They finally offered to let us leave on our 4th day, but it is almost impossible to find a new place on a Saturday during peak season. Every negative review I've read is followed by a "justification" of the issues or, as I was reading through the guest book on site, pages of reviews were torn out. Siesta Sands is a nice place to stay, but three units are not managed by them- one of which was unit #409. Only go if you don't mind paying a premium price to put up with roaches, waking at 7:30 to construction (that also means you listen to construction vs. the ocean when on the balcony). It's even difficult to hear the TV over construction at times. On site management cannot help you with anything (again, they don't manage it) so going to the office for any help is not an option for you. You have to go through I Trips. I suggest you read their reviews. I'd also check out how defensive they become about anything negative. Not everyone gets everything right all the time- but this unit was bad. It has the potential to be a great rental, but needs someone else to oversee the management. I hope you are reading this before you book (or can change before you come here).

Excellent location
When we arrived to Siesta Sands the check in was a breeze. There were two small housekeeping issues that were resolved quickly and professionally by the property staff. Our unit was well appointed and had everything as stated in the description. Both pools were very clean and at a comfortable temperature. The beach was stunning and clean with loads of beautiful shells. Lots of great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The condo also had beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and toys for kids.. My family and I loved the location of this condo so much, and are planning to return.

It is a beautiful location. The pools were not heated as advertised a patio chair was broke and there were ants in the condo. Outside of those things it was a nice condo and location.

The location and the view were fantastic. Erica, in the office, was great. But there were several things in the unit itself that needed attention. Upon arriving, the door code didn’t work and I had to call someone at 11:00pm to reset it. One of the patio doors wouldn’t lock and didn’t have a screen like other units, a patio chair was broken, there were no useable beach umbrellas, apparently the shower door had been broken and instead of fixing it, there was a shower curtain covering where the door should be (very tacky) and the pool was not heated as advertised. I would probably stay at the property again but definitely not this unit.
