Esta espaciosa unidad de esquina en la planta baja se encuentra a pocos pasos de la piscina, el jacuzzi, el muelle de pesca y las barbacoas junto a la piscina. Una de las pocas unidades con una increíble vista directa de la bahía y la piscina. Elegida como la playa número 1 en los EE. UU., Crescent Beach, con su hermosa arena de cuarzo que se ve y se siente como azúcar en polvo, se encuentra a pocos pasos del Palm Bay Resort. Sillas de playa y sombrillas se proporcionan para usted en la playa.

Este condominio duerme fácilmente 6 con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal, dos camas dobles en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama queen-size. Arrived late at night. No issues getting onto property. Unit was clean and kitchen plates / silverware / pots and pans were all available. Weather was great the week we were here. First unit by the pool. Coffee in the morning on the pool deck watching the boats go by. If we weren't on the beach we were at the pool. Very relaxing. Nightly dinners in the village with live music. Very fun. We will definitely be back.

Paradise!!
My friend and I were extremely happy with this rental. Beautiful bay view and patio nook we could enjoy outside cocktails and dining. We walked across the street to enjoy beachfront and sunsets. We took advantage of the Sista Key trolley and other modes of transportation as we didn't rent a vehicle. Well stocked rental with plenty of towels and linens. Unit could use an updated coffee maker and essentials like measuring spoons and cups. Owner was very communicative and helpful to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!
Karin’s condo was perfect! It’s right on the bay side- we watched all the boats pass by during morning coffee. Kids loved the pool and being so close to the condo, they could easily go back for a quick drink or snack. It was a short walk to the beach thru the property. Beach was amazing- the property supplies beach chairs which was very convenient. The condo had beach supplies and plenty of towels. Karin was so accommodating and great to work with. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a much needed getaway!

Wonderful mother-daughter getaway trip
Karin was very personable and quick to respond whenever I contacted her. Her condo was exactly as described in the listing, with beautiful surroundings and literally just a few steps away from the bayside pool and hot tub, and fishing pier. It was so relaxing to walk out to the pool patio and dock area to watch the sun rise over the bay. Having two en-suite bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet and bathroom with a tub, was such a nice feature. This allowed my mom and I to enjoy spending the day together and also having some personal downtime to accommodate different sleep schedules. The condo complex felt very safe, with gated entrances for both cars and pedestrians. A short walk across Midnight Pass Rd at the well-marked crosswalk to the other side of the condo complex takes you to Crescent Beach, which continues on to Siesta Beach. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset over the Gulf while walking along the superfine flour-like white sand. Although we rented a car to get to various places in Sarasota, the free trolley that runs along Midnight Pass Rd was such a fun way to hop on and get off at either Siesta Beach or Siesta Village, which has lots of restaurants and cute shops, but very little parking. We enjoyed picking up fresh produce and locally caught seafood at the farmer’s market downtown on Saturday morning and then coming back to the condo to cook up delicious healthy dinners in the spacious kitchen. Thank you, Karin, for our cherished memories!

Amazing views
The property was just as advertised, clean, spacious, and perfectly located right next to the bayside pool and bay waters. The condo unit was a short walk across the street to the beach, and there are restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, grocery stores, etc on Siesta Key in close proximity to the condo. We walked to Crescent Beach Market most mornings for coffee and pastries and whatever groceries we ran out of during the week. We did not encounter any issues with parking, even during the busy Spring Break season. Communication with the owner was easy, and she always responded promptly. This condo unit’s location right next to the bay was perfect for our family. We had our choice of beach, pool, tennis, and fishing. Spending mornings/evenings on the bay watching the boats go by was so relaxing and such a huge plus for me. We will definitely be back!

Palm Bay Club Bayside
We had a great stay at this Bayside condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen supplies were a bonus (coffee filters, extra garbage can liners). This unit is the 1st unit closest to the pool (ground floor) and was fantastic. It was great watching the boats go by the pool area. In addition, it was a simple walk to the beach. We would definitely like to go back. Thanks Karin!

The apartment was as it was described and met our needs perfectly. The decor and equipment provided is above and beyond other places I have stayed and the apartment felt truly loved. The owners/management do a great job to make you feel at ease and to bring the seaside atmosphere to the rooms. Check-in and door access very easy and worked just as it should. What an amazing property! The pictures don’t do it justice, it was more spacious than we expected, everything was clean and the AC was the best! The views were spectacular, you can sit in the living room and enjoy them. The pool was literally right outside your door and the beach less than a 5 minute walk across the street! Karin was so helpful and any questions I had, she replied within minutes! Would definitely go back and highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay in Siesta Key - May 2023
We were very happy with our accommodations; it was true to the photos on VRBO. We appreciated that this was an end unit, which made for more sunlight and privacy. We were directly adjacent to the pool and the bay/intercoastal. Beautiful sunrises!! A short walk through the property on the other side of the road to the beach. Absolutely stunning! Access to a car is useful to get into town, but you can also access the free trolley and shuttles if you wish. Karin was an accommodating host, respectful and responsive to emails/texts when necessary. Fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated, including a soft-sided cooler to take drinks to the beach, a few portable beach chairs were handy, although we had no problem getting the loungers at the beach, provided by The Pal Bay Club.
