Siesta Key ha crecido en popularidad en los últimos años debido a sus hermosas millas de playas de arena blanca de cuarzo, la vibrante vida nocturna, la cultura artística y una plétora de cosas que hacer dentro y fuera de las aguas color esmeralda. Esta propiedad se encuentra en el centro de la isla, a solo minutos de Siesta Key Village y South Village, que ofrecen muchas opciones gastronómicas, de compras y de entretenimiento para explorar durante su visita.

Emocionado por el día de playa? esta propiedad ofrece acceso a playa escriturada a Siesta Key Beach a solo 7 minutos a pie y utiliza el carrito de playa proporcionado para un viaje fácil. ¡Basta ya de arena! Tome el sol en la piscina climatizada junto al canal intracostero. Los huéspedes también tienen acceso a las parrillas de estilo parque, la cabaña tiki, el amplio césped, el muelle de pesca y los muelles. Alquile un barco por un día o su estadía completa (barco no provisto), estacione gratis en los muelles de la comunidad, también hace que sea muy fácil recoger / dejar al resto de su tripulación en el día del bote.

Al entrar, ingresa a la sala de estar y al comedor. Amueblado con sofá / loveseat, TV de pantalla plana con cable y mesa de comedor. Yendo más adentro, venga a la cocina que está amueblada con un conjunto de electrodomésticos de 4 piezas, entre otros pequeños electrodomésticos de cocina y bien abastecido para la mayoría de las necesidades de cocción. Una mesa y sillas adicionales dentro de la cocina ofrecen asientos adicionales para los huéspedes. Avanzando hacia la parte posterior de la unidad se encontrará con el dormitorio principal amueblado con un juego de dormitorio de matrimonio y un televisor de pantalla plana. Junto al dormitorio principal se encuentra el dormitorio de invitados que está amueblado con tres camas gemelas, una en forma de litera y otra individual. El dormitorio de invitados también está equipado con TV de pantalla plana y tiene acceso al patio trasero. Ambas habitaciones comparten un baño con bañera / ducha combinada.

Amazing time!
This was not that unit we stayed due to flood damage on the original unit. But Rent Siesta Key did find us another unit that was steps from the beach. It was an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

Location location location!
My niece and I had a wonderful stay here! It was close enough to walk into town for food and the beach is right across the street which was Great! Unfortunately the weather was super cold due to a cold front so we couldn't enjoy the amenities outside like we would have liked to. I would come back and visit another time! Hosts were wonderful and great to communicate with.

Really enjoyed the stay at Sea Club II. While many places only offer Saturday to Saturday stays, Sea Club offered a 9 night stay for our group. Condo was clean and offered everything we needed. Nice people and great location.

Sea Club II
We booked this unit last summer and thought the rate was great, but were hesitant that it was not beach-side. It ended up being a quick walk, across the road to get to the beach - not bad at all. We loved the property and the bay-side fishing dock and pool area! Our unit was well kept and clean. The only thing we were disappointed in was that we were not offered first priority to book this unit again next year. Other places we have stayed have given us the option first for the same week the following year, but we were told it had already been rented. Maybe this is normal but we were a little disappointed that we did not have first option. Overall, we would stay here again if we can find an open unit.

Cockroach Infestation
I would definitely go back to Siesta Key, I would not return to Sea Club II. We rented from Rentsiestakey. I contacted the property manager before we arrived asking about renting a crib for my son, he said they go through ABC rentals. The morning we were due to arrive ABC contacted me telling me they could not deliver my baby equipment because the property manager would not let them on the property even though he was the one who recommended them. The condo was not cleaned well. I have a 1 year old. So I was constantly sweeping and cleaning. Everytime I swept there was tons of hair from the previous tenants. We saw 4 live cockroaches. 3 of those 4 were seen during the day!! I've stayed in Florida many times, the Caribbean many times. I've seen roaches, its normal BUT NOT like this! This unit definitely had an infestation. While sweeping, I swept a baby roach up. I contacted the property manager and he told me that they spray and the water probably drove them in. It was not raining. I recommend finding elsewhere to stay!

Summer vacation
If you are going for seista key beach. You can't ask for a better location. 7 minute walk. That said. We did experience a few issues that took away from our overall experience. There are number of things that need updating. Including the couch that is broken. The place needs to be painted. Its looks dingy and dirty. The hanging light fixture kept flickering on and off. Not the bulbs. The wiring. There are only 3 towels in the place for the bathroom. One was so gross that we could only use it as a floor mat. Given that there were 4 adults. This was a problem. We had to go out and buy 2 beach towels. When we first arrived we did not find the touted gate fob. For the private beach access. I notified the property Manager twice about this concern. They did respond quickly. But never did bring us a fob. Fortunately, we did not need it. As the gate was unlocked all week. As for the towels. He looked at them and told us" yeah, they are not in good condition. We usually change them out at the end of the season. Let me see what I can do". Never saw him again. I will say that it was fairly well equipped with supplies for the stay. Kitchen was well stocked. The beach equipment was great. Overall we gave the place 3 stars because it was all about location. But keep this in mind when you book your next stay at the beach. You get what you pay for. The pictures are somewhat misleading. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

Overall it was excellent!
The price for everything was great! The location even better as we didn’t have to fight for parking at the free beach parking area. My only complaint is the bed was extremely uncomfortable other than that it was a great place and the people were very nice!

Great Location!
I love this property, mostly due to it's Beach location. It's just across the road to a private access beach. The swimming pool is always clean and there is a grill with patio tables and pool chairs. Just a great location all around! The apartment was clean, but is in need of some updates. Property Management was On Top Of Their Game! There was a small water drip outside of our entryway. We contacted the rental service & they called the property management. They were there right away to assess the situation & had it resolved asap! Great Service! We would definitely stay there again.
