“We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and markets. In the center of the activity of this city but yet quiet once you enter the gate. ”

“This well appointed condo is in the ideal location in Cuenca. Out the front door you are in the beautiful historic district of Cuenca and out the back door, down the stairs and you are on the Rio Tomebamba walking path so start exploring! The modern condo is beautifully decorated and the rooftop provides 360 degree view of the Cajas Mountains. The landlord is extremely responsive and more than willing to please. This is our 7th year to rent here and that says it all! We highly recommend this...

“The property was great. Spacious, well furnished, clean, close to the main street. Easy access to shopping, transportation. The manager was easy to reach and very helpful. The building was very secure with a gated entry, alarmed building at night. The gardens are absolutely beautiful on the property. I will most definitely stay here again.”

“This is a very comfortable space with all the amenities. They pretty much thought of all the guests' needs including bottled water, soap, cooking utensils, extra towels, and extra pillows. It offers a great view of central Cuenca with the cupolas of the Cathedral and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the central Cuenca. There are lots of places to get prepared food and smaller stores to get basic needs like milk and water. The balconies are very nice to use. We did have some problems with the...

“A bit noisy at times but to be expected on a bus route. Beautiful views. Church Bells added an Old World Charm. Rooftop was nice.”

“IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. With no help we dialed downstairs and security person came up but he could not help. Reached out to hotels.com who finally after 3 hours had someone come in with bath towels...

“Everything about this property worked in a way that was just right for us! Location was perfect, right across from Supermaxi, taxis are plentiful. Condo itself was convenient and well laid out. Everything we needed was on hand. Thanks for everything Monica!”

“We were so happy with our accommodations in Cotacachi..at first we thought it might be a bit noisy but we grew to love the location..we had everything we needed…we were so close to everything that we wanted to see and do..the manager of the apartments was so helpful, kind and considerate..overall an awesome holiday.”
