The gas cylinder for the grill was empty.When we find it out we tried to contact the manager through the guest number about it. We called several times, left a voice message, but no one called us back. So we went to Walmart and bought a gas cylinder ourselves.”

“We went to The Hideout to celebrate my mom’s 96th birthday and had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for the 7 of us. The host, Matt, checked in with us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. Although we were all adults, the house is great for kids, too. The location is perfect and the amenities were just as described. We barbecued, hung out on the deck, explored the area and spent evenings all together in the cozy living room. It was so much fun and mom loved it. ”

“The recreational facilities were top notch. The home is comfortable. We had never been to Arrowhead so we did not expect gravel roads and the distance was greater to the pools and beaches than we thought looking at a site map. It is very quiet and peaceful with a lot of deer and other wildlife around. A really nice escape and restful. The host is an excellent communicator and very thoughtful.”

“Wonderful cabin in the woods with lots of amenities. The listing was exactly what was delivered and we all enjoyed ourselves. Our host, was available immediately for the very few questions we had. The basement was awesome - every kind of game along with ping pong, Pac Man (our fav) and air hockey. Hot tub was also enjoyed. Highly recommend!”

“Yash was great at communicating beforehand what was expected. The pictures were a little deceiving, as the house was a little smaller than we expected. However, it was clean and comfortable. The property sits right on the lake and there were kayaks to enjoy. There was not central air, but luckily it was a cool weekend. Overall, we had a blast. ”

“Everything was like the pictures showed. Awesome communication. Our 5 year old loved the trampoline and movie theater. She loved playing with the puzzles and blocks that was there. A lot of space. Everything u need in the kitchen. Master bed was comfortable. Us adults love the fire pit. Very easy to check in and check out. We had a wonderful time and would love to book this place again in the future. ”
