Overall the property is suitable and fits the bill. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work and i emailed the property manager, but she never responded—I made a couple of observations of the property. We ended up cleaning the kitchen before we put our food items away. It wasn’t bad, but this place gets a lot of rentals, and for safety concerns, my wife wanted it extra clean. Secondly, the house is in the line of fire from the golf course. Be careful if you are sitting on the back porch. Four balls in 2.5 days with not many golfers coming by. Things that didn’t work other than the fireplace- outside heater, grill was so dirty we decided not to grill, and I wasn’t sure if it even had propane. They only left three rolls of TP. So bring your own, and I would pack your towels. The towels were very cheap and not very soft. Finally, I had to take off the bed and box spring and fix the support boards under the bed. They were broken and the mattress sunk to the middle of the bed. Once fixed, it worked fine. Again, it’s a rental, and I did like the vacation, but for the price, I would probably look elsewhere.
