“Es war einfach wunderbar. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, grosses und gepflegtes Zimmer und Bad mit grosser Dusche. Sehr viel Ablagefläche im Bad und wohlriechende Pflegeprodukte. Das Doppelbett war sehr, sehr bequem und das Hotel sehr ruhig, so dass ich wunderbar schlief. Das Frühstück konnte am Vortag ausgewählt werden. Das „english breakfast“ wurde dann frisch zubereitet und war einfach wunderbar. Der junge Mann sehr zuvorkommend und sehr motiviert und freundlich. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen...

“I have to say that the hotel met absolutely my expectations. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Furthermore the hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The only negative aspect was the cleaning of the toilet once we were staying in the room. For instance, in 4 nights we had the same towels although, I imagine that they would have solved the problem inmediately if I had notified it. In general, everything was quite good. I strongly recommend it.”

“It’s a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish. I’m being picky hoping I’m being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. ”

“Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Ensuit was spacious. Unfortunately we found the shower to be very hot and didn’t know how to turn it down (it was turned all the way to the coldest option). But to be fair, we didn’t ask for any help with it, so it could have been a simple fix. We hadn’t really thought through staying above a pub. Obviously you can hear everyone drinking & enjoying themselves until they leave around 12am. Anyway, room was great for the price and apart from the things...

“The highfield was a lovely stay. Big, very clean room. A hairdryer almost as old as me however, and not much in the way of extra's. Coffee, tea, biscuits etc. But thats a very small minor on an overall lovely stay. Breakfast and the staff were amazing 👏 ”

“Very clean, newly refurbished room (#14) with a very well stocked tea tray and good towels and bedding. On a Sunday night, there were limited eating options nearby, so we had a chinese and pizza takeaway in our room. The room was let down by needing just a little more maintenance - the desk chair was broken and the door handle was loose. Its also a noisy hotel because although other guests were just going about their normal business the sound seemed to really carry and echo through the corridor....
