“Very relaxing clean room comfortable ”

“Called to ask if we could store our luggage until checkin time was asked how we booked then told off for not booking direct and via a third party amongst other complaints about not booking direct with them then told too busy and nowhere to store luggage despite website stating can store luggage. Not off to a great start! Arrived at 1.45pm, reception unattended, rang the number was told he’d come but would be 15min away and room not ready til 2.30pm as they’ve been very busy and room was still...

“Property was lovely, a few damaged appliances/ hard to use such as the sliding doors to close off the bedroom and the clothes hanging frame. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Clean and tidy however trying to contact the owners/get some more information was proven very hard, not answering calls or texts and only responding several hours later. ”

“Check in and parking was easy. Friendly service. Parking was free which was definitely a plus. Room was clean and we had a lovely view. Dinner was easy and within walking distance. ”
