Encantadoramente encaramado en lo alto de una colina en la subdivisión de Tanglewood Hills, descansa este gran aturdidor recién remodelado con muebles nuevos y algo para todos dentro de sus amplias paredes. Con 3 niveles y 6 habitaciones orgullosamente con todos los nuevos colchones y ropa de cama, esta increíble casa gana su corazón al entrar con una gran sala enorme y ventanas de piso a techo en las paredes norte y sur. Cocina totalmente equipada y amplio comedor, además de otra configuración de 6 asientos para cenar en el patio contiguo. El sótano en la planta baja es un paraíso para los jóvenes y jóvenes de corazón con una mesa de billar, mesa de ping pong, 2 literas en el dormitorio inferior enorme. Centro de videojuegos 2do salón con otra gran pantalla plana y Direct TV. Más de un acre con un entorno tipo parque justo afuera donde le esperan su parrilla, hamaca y mucho más. Grandes árboles hermosos en terrenos de la propiedad. Gimnasio en casa y mucho más esperan a los afortunados huéspedes de esta magnífica propiedad única en su clase. Menos de una milla de Highport Marina y el complejo Tanglewood. Te encantará esta ubicación. Dormitorio principal en planta principal con baño completo y baño de salón. Cuatro dormitorios en planta alta separados por 2 baños. Habitación con literas en el sótano también tiene un baño completo. Muchas aves y vida silvestre para disfrutar y un paseo muy corto por la calle hasta el sendero que conduce al lago. Life at the lake
Wonderful celebration with family. Everyone enjoyed the game/kids area (adults included). Plenty of room for everyone and great open areas. Tanglewood area is awesome. Sarah answered all of our questions.

Great for large groups
We had 3 families with several kids and it was a wonderful stay. The kids loved hanging out downstairs with the air hockey table and spent a lot of time playing in the yard. We all had our own space and enjoyed walking down to the lake each day. The kids were sad to leave but we all enjoyed the house.

Great location. Great home
We stayed at the house and enjoyed golfing at several different courses in the area. Grilled out steaks on the deck at night and enjoyed the spacious and well appointed home. Check in was easy and Sarah responded immediately when we had a couple questions.

Its a big house, lots of bedrooms. The master is huge with tv, a sofa, chairs,fireplace. The four bedrooms upstairs share 2 bathrooms. Downstairs would be great for a bunch of kids or teens. Dining table seats 8.

Annual Family Lake Trip

Fourth of July Get Away
We had a group of 17 family and friends. The house worked great for our large group. Very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. We are already discussing dates for a return visit. We really enjoyed the lake while we were there. Pool table was a big hit with the group. I highly recommend this house for large groups

Family Getaway
We have stayed here 2 years in a row! We love that there is plenty of room for our family and plenty of activities for them to do! Our kids love the basement with air hockey and ping pong! The adults enjoy hanging out and playing pool. We stay here because it’s close to where we go fishing early in the morning.(All of us) this place is awesome. Thank you!

Spring Break
We have a huge family, and still had beds not slept in. This house is huge, and had lots of cookware, games, and was located in a beautiful neighborhood. There was a nearby play area for the toddlers, basketball court and tennis court for teens, and of Course pool, ping pong, and air hockey tables. We did not get to do as much as we wanted bc of the cold Front. A hot tub would have made this home a 10! It took us a few min to figure out the thermostats. There were directions on where they were, but none on how they worked. The first 2 nights we froze bc we couldn’t get the heat on. We took bikes and the kids loved riding down the steep driveway. We also loved there were 4 trash carts so our trash cans mwas not a problem. When we arrived everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable ( pillows very flat, so maybe worth bringing your own if you don’t like that). There was plenty of laundry detergent and toilet paper as well as seasonings! A big plus not to have to buy that for one weekend. We never found rags for the kitchen to use for cleaning ( maybe pack Lysol wipes?) There were also trash bags in the home which was nice. Sarah ( who manages or hosts the home) text twice while we were there. I felt that was very nice to have direct contact if we had any issues. The only other small thing we noticed the sliding door to the living room seemed to lock but was very loose. There was either a screw that needed to be fixed or the lock on that door. If someone pulled really hard it wouldn’t be hard to get open. We tried to walk to find the lake. The book left on the wooden shelf states it’s a couple streets over. There was a path through the trees to the lake ( about a mile ) but we were told by a neighbor it’s on someone’s property and I’m Not sure we are allowed to use it. Overall it is a nice huge house capable of holding a huge group. Our kids were all sad to leave. We had a great time and would recommend this home!
