“I had a great stay the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were most helpful and approachable making me feel more settled as I travelled alone. The breakfast was amazing and hot! The room was clean and there was complimentary things in the bathroom which you never get! The only snag was I could hear some sort of generator or air conditioning unit that didn’t go off/ quieter until midnight and I like it quiet when I sleep or I can’t sleep.”

“No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! ”

“Really welcoming staff on the reception desk and lovely bar/lounge area. We had just booked the standard room which had a modern en-suite, but the bedroom itself looked a bit tired (e.g. coating very worn on headboard). Hotel is well located and I would definitely stay again.”
