The house that can be....
The house is located in a gated community so location was great. Older house so no central AC, and it was really warm during the day. Carpet needs some TLC. Garbage bin was full probably from the last guests that were there, so we had to place our garbage in the garage/game room for the time being. Contacted office and they were ok with that. The gas grill outside only had 1/4 propane left and after it died, we had to oven baked the rest. There were also small ants on kitchen counter and floor but we try to take care of it the best we can. Unfortunately, on the last day a bear knocked over the trash bin and dug thru and made a mess. We notify the office and took pictures before leaving. The house cleaners should not allow the garbage bin to be out unless it's being pickup next day. Other than that, the house accommodated our large family, but will need a house that has central AC.
