This location was central for everyone coming in from Delaware, Colorado and northern half of Indiana. We made the most of our time, eating, visiting and playing cards. “We used this house as a place to stay for a return visit to my home town and a visit with my family for the Christmas holidays.We found this house to be a perfect solution to go to after a day of visiting with my family.It was well appointed with big screen tv's, new appliances including a full kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable beds.A large sitting area was a nice meeting spot to wind-down after a busy day.The bottom line is that this location and house was exactly what we were looking for...

“This is a great home rental for a large group with five bedrooms and ample space to congregate. The kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals. There were lots of seating for mealtimes. There are a couple of large living areas, and a pair of desks for those in my party that needed to work. Very quiet neighborhood north of Indianapolis. Grocery stores and restaurants within a short drive. Good communication from the owner.”

“We stayed over the week of a convention in Indianapolis. Great location, only around an hour from downtown Indianapolis. Made breakfast and dinner each day. Kitchen was nice and spacious. Only complaint was the lack of a few kitchen items (oven mitts, colander, dish rack), but not enough to lose a star. Plenty of places to sleep for a large group. Game room is great for teenagers. Very communicative and easy to work with hosts. Highly recommend. ”
