“First, I would say that we have rented 20+ homes for vacation over the years. This one is up there at the top! We absolutely loved the nice open field, basketball court, and back porch area. The home is in fantastic shape and has everything needed for a great stay. It's about a 30-minute drive to Chattanooga and there are plenty of waterfalls within a short drive. We love the outdoors, and this house is so peaceful. Thank you for a great stay. We look forward to coming back again soon!”

“Amy was wonderful to deal with. The house is perfect for a larger group. The elevator allowed us to bring our 85 year old mom who loved watching us on the boat from the cover porch. Several age groups were part of this trip and everyone loved their experience (not always easy to pull this off). The fire pit out back was great for the evenings. The highlight is the boat dock. I will say that the cleanliness & updating of furniture was a bit off when it came to this house: - the couch has massive stains, we ended up covering the couch with extra sheets. - there are fake limes in the dining room table that have bite marks on them. - the bed mattresses are very hard - would recommend taking your own pillows as well. - the master bedroom fan works but the light wouldn’t turn off so it got stuffy in...

“This house was great. We had a group of 16 women and the beds were good and for the most part clean. Several lights in master bedroom did not work and we couldn’t find the coffee grinder listed but everything else was great! The outside area is majestic! ”

“This is a nice place but if you have a a disability or are a senior citizen this may not be a place for you to stay. It is a hilly rough walk to the dock and back up. Even my grandchildren were out of breath. Also there were no washcloths in the entire place. No dishrags either.”
