“Great location. Unit is great for 2 people. Fold out sofa is not very comfortable to sit on as a “sofa” and there is only one other chair in apartment. Brought in our own fold out director chairs. Bed is queen size. A/C units worked great. Pool and deck around are nice.”

“Just as described! The place was perfect for our stay. It was close to so many things! The renter even reached out during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that the place was up to par! We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Everything with the condo was good. It was close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The only thing was that Tortugas is about 10 feet from the condo with the kitchen exhaust coming out the back of the restaurant next to the condo. They had live music but we couldn't hear it in the condo. You couldn't smell anything in the condo but when you walked out the door the fish fryer smell and trash smell could be pretty strong at times.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the location, which was convenient and quiet. The property was nicely appointed and clean. The check in and out process went smoothly. There were 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and the most important factor when choosing this property was the owner’s willingness to accept our Yorkie, who is a contributing member of our family. The only suggestions we would make would be to have a beach umbrella and chairs and a wagon to transport beach items available...

“The property was very spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was just beautiful. Parking was easy as there was a reserved space available as well a plenty of visitor parking. Jerry was very prompt in responding to questions. I wish I could have stayed longer. Excellent place to stay in Palm Coast!”

“First the codes sent to me by email to enter the property didn’t work, after 45 min on the phone I was finally able to get in. The Lady on the phone was doing the best she could and I appreciate that.Once inside I realized it wasn’t the unit in the pictures on VRBO, there was only one bed, the soaking tub doesn’t exist, the kitchen was no set up the same. The shower that is there had a shower head almost completely calcified but I was able the clean it but I left the mold growing on the tile...
