The lap of luxury
Everything about this luxury cabin in the woods is welcoming. When you pull up you are warmly greeted by lit stairs and a porch swing full of pillows. The interior of the cabin is eye-catching and stunning in every way. From the honey colored wood to the well placed lighting. The dining room table has adequate seating for 8 and the kitchen has every comfort you would hope to have on vacation and then some. There was a fully stocked coffee station that also had 3 types of tea and a tea kettle. The sink was gorgeous! I wanted to take those fixtures home with me lol. The cabinets had plenty of plattes, pots, pans and other cooking items like cutting boards and a pizza stone that was just this side of perfection.
The owners truly thought of everything to create a luxurious and comforting setting. Aromatherapy, books, warm interior decor - there was an Echo dot and a Google home device you could use. The wifi was strong & steady so if you needed to work remotely while there it was not only possible but would be easy to do. The soaking tub and hot tub was used almost every day of our stay. They even had a grill and cornhole boards and bags for entertainment. The lighting on the deck at night pulled you outside and there was also a fire pit you could enjoy but I think that was the only feature we didn’t get around to using because we couldn’t stay out of the hottub lol. I cannot think of anything they missed in the vacation rental and we cannot wait to return.
