Wonderful
The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our honeymoon. The host was amazing about working with us when our car died right before we got snowed in. The only critique we had was that the cabin smelled like weed when we first arrived.

The cabin, atmosphere was great. Only drawback was a neighbor down the road had barking dogs. Not continuously, but they were a good alarm clock in the mornings. Overall, was a great stay and wouldn’t let that stop you from visiting.

We stayed for 3 nights for our Anniversary and it was amazing! The cabin had everything we needed. We never left all 3 days! So beautiful and private! Any questions were quickly answered. We would definitely stay again!

Seclusion!
We've stayed in MANY different cabins in the Smokies over the past 40 years. Seclusion there is getting quite hard to find. This one checks that box! Best level of communication with the owner that I've EVER had! Thanks Calena! You were a WONDERFUL host!

Off the Grid
Over all nice property. If you want to fell like you’re off the grid but still on the grid. Then this place is for you. The home is neat and clean but lacks maintenance. There are many surrounding tress that have fallen close to the home. The kitchen sink faucet wobbles in place and the hot/cold water is hooked up in reverse direction. The shower leaks and you hear the water dripping. It’s quiet for the most part, the neighbors dog likes to visit and thinks he’s a rooster, barking when the sun comes up. The bedroom is on the second floor and the stairs are 12/12 pitch. Making them steep. The king size bed is comfortable but is a tall making it difficult to get into. Maybe a small stool at the foot of the bed would allow shorter people better access. The host was very responsive to our questions and was concerned when we sent a message the coffee pot didn’t work. She sent us a link to a video to learn how to use it. In the end it never did work nor did the toaster. It's a short drive to get into town and you can find anything your looking for there.

Quick replies to questions and concerns.
We lost hot water during our stay. The owner knew right away that we had probably ran out of propane. We went into town for the day and when we came back the propane had been changed and we had hot water. We will stay again.

Perfect secluded cabin
Cozy tucked away cabin. The only negative is the stairs to the master bedroom are a bit steep, so if you struggle with mobility that could be a challenge. Otherwise exactly what we were looking for.

Very private and peaceful. Very clean! Hot tub was great! Only complaint was roads to cabin are narrow and winding and especially dangerous if dark and raining as it’s hard to see curves at bottom of hill. Bull frogs were very loud but being from the country we didn’t mind! Great host keep us very informed! Great vacation getaway!

The cabin is perfectly placed….close enough to everything but far enough away for a quiet getaway!! Cabin was really clean. We loved the porch with tv and hot tub. Owner was super responsive!! Highly recommend!!

The location of the place was amazing. We did have an issue with not having hot water and reached out to host who responded right away and had cleaners come out to help us. The problem still didn’t get fixed and still had cold showers. The cabin only had a few pans to cook in which could be fixed. The neighborhood dog is super sweet he came by almost every night.

10th anniversary getaway!
It’s refreshing to be able to vacay away from home without any hiccups! Our check in, stay, and check out was seamless. We didn’t have to ask for anything, as our host had already sent us a detailed list of things to know about our stay. Our host did check in and make sure all was well throughout our stay, which we appreciated! 10/10 would recommend this listing to any couple or small family! The property was extremely clean and tidy. Highlight of our stay was my husband catching a fish from the balcony. The fact that the host left fishing poles for their guests was a nice touch! He was tickled haha

Spring break getaway
This little cabin was perfect for my family of 3! My 15 yo son is a fisherman and loved catching some bream off of the porch. The hot tub was perfect. The cabin was pretty clean and had everything we needed. It's a short drive to the Pigeon Forge parkway for all of the fun things. It is tucked into the hills and drive is very curved but that's what the experience of staying in the mountains is all about!

The perfect cozy cabin!
The cabin was perfect for the two of us and it was very clean. It was located close to many attractions and food but still gave that secluded cabin feel. We loved the hot tub and trying to catch fish in the pond! The host was quick to respond to any messages. We definitely recommend a stay in this cabin and plan to return in the future ourselves!

Not for older folks.
While the place was clean and nice, and yes I knew the bedroom was upstairs. I didn’t realize how steep the stairs are. Very hard with two fake knees, with no bathroom upstairs. Thankful for the twinkle lights strung upstairs, so I could see when getting up at night so I didn’t knock myself out on the beams on my side of the bed. Definitely in the a narrow road area, but not far from main road. Nice for young people!
