Cabin with mountain views
Cabin was perfect for us, had all the amenities of home, the deck was very nice with beautiful mountain views, the leaves were changing, got to see fireworks from the front porch and back deck from dollywood, that was a nice surprise. Cabin is located close to everything especially dollywood which was under 2 miles. Enjoyed playing pool as well as the arcade games.Woulddefinitely come back again.

This is a wonderful place to stay!! It is so cozy and family friendly!! We felt at home right from the first moment of walking in the door. It is close to so many things. The view from the back deck and front porch are just relaxing!! Loved every minute of staying here!!

Steep incline outside, when inside very safe for children
Very clean. But we had an ant problem the next day as well as lots of bugs in the window seals. Safe for children inside. Perfect for a 2 family stay!

Great views/Great Family Fun
We had an amazing stay at Smoky Mountain View. It really was spectacular to watch sunrises and sunsets from the back deck. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking including crockpots. We had a lot of fun playing pool and having battles playing PAC-man. We enjoyed the hot tub and master Jacuzzi tub. Bring some binoculars because the view goes for miles and we could see a family of bears in the clearing but wished we had some for that moment.

Our stay
Home was very clean and had a great view. We had an issue with the pack in play not being there but that was resolved very quick and the property manager got us a new one quickly. Nice quiet area and the kids loved the pool. Will stay again in the future:)

Beautiful home with nice Mountain View’s
We had a rocky start as the place wasn’t ready when we arrived. Paul made up for the inconvenience we encountered and sent us to eat dinner on them for a late check-in. Other issue we had was the gate code changed while we were there, we were there Monday-Saturday and the gate code changed on Thursday. We weren’t informed of this happening and learned about it on our own as we couldn’t get through. We called the Vacasa number and luckily got through right away and we were told the changed code number. But overall we absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for two couples, both bedrooms each having their own bathroom, and the same size. Everything was as pictured. The views from the back deck were breathtaking, especially in the mornings. We loved the hot tub as well. The house was well equipped with kitchen dishes and utensils. It was nice that they had both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig to use. We would recommend this place. Only thing we had issues with was the communication of not being informed of gate code change and place not being ready at check in time. Hopefully they resolve these issues to make the stay even better!

Birthday getaway
Very relaxing birthday getaway. The cabin was beautiful. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had anything you needed, then some. I will definitely be booking again.

Clean, but weird water.
Im not sure if the property is on well water or if there is something wrong with the city water, but while taking a shower and in the hot tub, you get this 'slimy' feeling that doesnt seem to go away. Its bizzare. There is no smell, just this feeling like you as slick with soap without ever using any. Also dozens of ladybugs.

Beautiful Cabin. Needs some TLC
The cabin is beautiful. We did not realize it was a gated resort with many other cabins but it was okay. Communication with management was very good. It was close to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The issues for us, as people who've enjoyed vacation rentals in the past, were the lack of little things that made the rental stellar. The toilet paper is very cheap so we bought our own. There were no starter soaps, hand or body anywhere, kitchen or bathroom so again, we had to buy some when we arrived. There were no salt or pepper, no other basic cooking supplies such as cooking spray. One of the most frustrating things was the three different remote controls for the TV with no explanation of which one controlled what? The fireplaces are electric and none of the remotes worked. We had to buy batteries for one of the TV remotes as there were none in the cabin. There was also a lack of garbage bags. No starter coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Renters need to be aware they will need to bring EVERYTHING they need to cook with. Since I know personally that there are better more well equipped cabins available with a bit more privacy I would choose a different cabin. Again it's lovely, bright and very roomy. The master bed is very comfortable. The hot tub is great and private as it's tucked in a corner of the porch. I'm sure a family or group of friends that do not plan on cooking will enjoy it.

Smoky mountains
The stay was good over all. The bed was fine but the living room furniture was not comfortable. The living room fireplace would come on but didn’t blow heat. It was nice to look at. There was a ladybug invasion in one of the bathrooms and bedrooms. Both shower heads leaked and one got progressively worse during our stay. Also there was an issue with the gate code. The one we received in the email was for September and did not work. We called and the guy I got gave me another code. That code did not work either. The second call a lady found a 3rd code and that one did work. The area was beautiful and very close to lots of things. Over all it was a good visit.
