Very Pleased
The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in for same-day booking. Communication was very timely and helpful. Place was very clean and well-equipped. Pool was very clean. Couch and beds were very comfy. We had a great, relaxing time!

Beyond expectations
Cabin was beyond our expectations. Everything you need and more to stay in, relax, and enjoy. Short drive to all attractions when choosing to go out and explore. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

Disgusted disappointed and very upset
We arrived on Christmas Eve, and began settling into rooms. My daughter-in-law found bugs in her room. The next morning, the bugs appeared in other areas of the cabin, including the grandkids’ room and near most of the windows. We documented the situation with photos and videos and sent them to the host, bugs were all over the floor, walls, ceiling, and even on her bed. I immediately messaged the host, but since it was Christmas Day, pest control services were unavailable. They assured us someone would be sent the following day. Pest control company arrived and confirmed the house was infested, with bugs living inside the walls. They explained that fumigation was possible, but the fumes would be too dangerous for us to stay. At that point, we requested a full refund. The host asked for additional photos and videos since the infestation had spread throughout the cabin.We searched for nearby hotels so we could salvage what was left of our vacation. Eventually, the host got back to us and offered a refund of only 800 out of the 4,600 we had paid. This didn’t even cover one night, let alone the cost of our ruined vacation. When I explained this, they said that was the best they could offer due to various third-party fees. Disappointed, frustrated, and left with no choice, I reluctantly accepted the partial refund, though I’m still working with Vrbo to recover more of our money. It took us a year to save for this trip, and what was supposed to be a memorable family Christmas

Fantastic Weekend!
Last minute booking with FANTASTIC results! The pictures on VRBO are nice but so much nicer in person. Quiet, private, well maintained, close to Pigeon Forge but not too close. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room, and just relaxing in this beautiful home. We are already planning a return trip with the family in early 2025. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Great Cabin & Experience
We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was very nice and clean… and the pinball machine was especially a lot of fun! The host was quick to respond on all communication and the check in/out processes were a breeze. We would definitely recommend staying here… you’ll have a great experience!

Friendly & Accommodating
Beautiful stay. Never got to use pool as 84 was still cold for our group. Great communication with host throughout stay. On our travels into town we also saw many roaming bears which made our trips exciting.

Wonderful experience!
Our experience at this cabin was wonderful! The cabin was very clean and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel like a retreat, yet close to all the local attractions our family wanted to do. The amenities exceeded our expectations, making our stay even more fabulous (especially the pool and hot tub!!) The fully stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The host was great to communicate with and graciously accommodated our request for a late check-out, which fit our plans perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway
The road getting is twisty :) Once we arrived everything was as we expected. This place blew our mind. My kids loved the pool, hot tub and Pool Table. Was so so nice after a day out to come back and chill in a relaxing home!

Family getaway
Booked this trip as part of our kids Christmas! There was a hiccup with the arrival time due to unforeseen issues with the cleaners but the owners did all they could to make it up to us! They were very kind and easy to contact. Only a short drive to all the local attractions. The house was as just as described and we enjoyed our stay!

Our favorite VRBO that we've stayed at!!!! Great location!
Everything about this cabin met and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well decorated, well stocked (even supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower). Our kids enjoyed the game room, and many games of pool were played. The swimming pool was so fun! That's all my 12 year old wanted was a private indoor pool and he was soooo happy! It even had lights that change color in the pool! So fun! We even saw a bear playing in a mud puddle while we were enjoying the scenery from the upper deck. So cool! It was located close to everything, yet far enough away that we were secluded. Warren was a wonderful host. Quick responses when we had questions. This cabin exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back! We are thinking of visiting in the winter time.
