We enjoyed our stay. I wish it would have been a bit cleaner, like attention to details. The place could use a major deep cleaning and a new mattress for the king bed

Parking lot from hell
The parking lot is totally torn up from the truck that comes and picks up the dumpster makes it difficult to get in and out

Summer Fun w/Grandson
Convenient to Dollywood and Piegon Forge. When not in the park or on a mountain coaster the arcade was welcome entertainment for our grandson! We had a great time and the property met our needs completely!

Nice place
We stayed 2 nights so we could explore the Smokey Mountains on our way to Myrtle Beach. Beds are comfortable and hot tub was nice even though we didn’t go in due to it being In the 90’s outside. A couple of the toilet paper roll holders were broken off the wall when we got there and we saw that a picture frame I the wall was cracked too. We reported it to the owner. Over all a nice stay. I will say the drive right before the parking area for this unit is very tore up and makes parking a little challenging as you need to navigate around a big area of damaged asphalt.

Cozy vacation spot!
We had a very nice stay at this property. The unit was clean and in good condition. While there were plenty of people staying in the surrounding units, we didn't notice any problems with noise. The location is great, as we were able to get to all of the attractions within about 15 minutes. There is a grocery store nearby, and a Walmart for those last minute needs. The owners were very nice, and responded quickly to the few questions I had while we were there. They made a good decision to include the arcade game, as the kids stayed up playing it every night, and even my husband and I got in on the fun! I would recommend this property to others, and will consider it for a future trip. Check it out!

Great, spacious place to stay for a weekend at Dollywood. The arcade game was a hit with our son, and the property was very clean.

Comfortable, ideal location, stunk like animal urine, maintenance required.
The place was comfortable, we enjoyed the hot tub, it was fine for the few days we were there for a gymnastics competition. The location was ideal for us as it was close to attractions and the venue for competition. I think the guest before us had cats and the cat must of had an accident. The place stunk to high heaven. We let the host know about it and they offered to cover the cost of some air freshener supplies while there. I sent the receipt as they requested and multiple times I told them I had not received the refund for the items purchased for the stink and multiple times they said they sent it but I never received it. While we were there we notified the owners of water damaged floors, GFCI outlet that was tripped and wouldn't reset, and the tv in the kids room needed to be re-hung because it was holding on by 1 or 2 screws, as well as the smell. It is in the back of a neighborhood. The water heater made a lot of noise. I couldn't get up to shower without waking the rest of the family. Check in and check out were easy. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and their own tv and small game console. It had what we needed to make basic meals. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice Stay
Nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. I was a little concerned about the noise level since it is a duplex- however, we didn’t hear anything from the other neighbors. The listing is as described and nicely furnished. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was nice for us- off the strip and easy to navigate. Would stay here again!

Smoky Mountain Trip
We enjoyed the 2 br 2 1/2 bath town home. New, freshly decorated rental with every thing needed in kitchen and baths. Very comfortable living room with leather couch and 2 recliners and smart TV. This has to be one of the best values in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.

Perfect for Dollywood
This property is in a great location for easy access to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. We traveled with our dog and the property owner was great about communicating pet rules before we arrived so we would know what to plan for. The kids LOVED the game provided by the host in the bunk room, and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. There is a camper across from the property that is possibly being lived in and there were men hanging around it one day, but they did not give us any trouble. That being said it was not something we expected in such a nice little neighborhood.
