“Eight months after booking, property manager advised that booked dates not available. We changed booking dates accordingly, flights, etc. which was inconvenient. Previous renter were very dirty and disrespectful of property and while I'm sure cleaners did what they could in time allotted, we had to sweep, clean a bathroom and wash some bed sheets. Property is beautifully located and well equipped, with good communication with property manager.”

The boat house allowed us to remain shaded ( or out in the sun) so that we could watch our children enjoy the water trampoline, fish off of the dock, use the paddle board, canoe or kayaks. We had our own boat so added activities were water skiing and wake boarding. Never a dull moment! So many memories.”

“We stayed at Amy’s cottage/home for 3 nights in August 2024 with our friends and all our kiddos. We had the best time. The cottage was layed out perfectly, with the big dining area and living room. “Amy was wonderful host and ambassador for the Port Carling/Muskoka area making some great suggestions as to sights to see. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable and the hot tub was a bonus!. Any hicups we had were quickly addressed and corrected. One of the best features was sitting on the large dock with a refreshment in hand and watching the antique boats cruising by, all in all a great location for a relaxing holiday, thank you Amy, ”
