Ampliamente renovado, que ofrece 4 habitaciones, tres habitaciones con cama doble y 1 habitación con dos camas individuales. Vistas desde cada habitación de campo o jardín. 40 acres de viñedos y grandes gomas, Woodlands es muy privado y pintoresco. Piscina climatizada solar. Techos altos, dos baños, electrodomésticos modernos de lavandería, estudio designado, sala de estar espaciosa, cocina, bancos de piedra, área de comedor y dos salones, uno con chimenea. La cocina cuenta con bancos de piedra, lavavajillas y electrodomésticos Bosch. Canalizado RC / AC, ventiladores de techo, BBQ y cafetera Nespresso. Elevado balcón frontal y espectacular área de entretenimiento al aire libre. Muchos estarán de acuerdo en que los extensos jardines y el área de césped circundante son hermosos durante todo el año. El entretenimiento al aire libre bajo el enorme olmo dorado junto a la viña es un escenario fantástico para el almuerzo o la cena. Mesa de ping-pong en el cobertizo de esquila. Woodlands tiene viñedos y senderos para caminar en la propiedad. Espacio para explorar en los bosques, y área de picnic para barbacoa. Una auténtica escapada rural con vistas lejanas del valle desde la subida. Ubicado en el valle de Skillogalee, una zona pintoresca a unos 800 metros a pie del Sevenhill Hotel, la cafetería Little Red Grape. Las puertas de la bodega y el restaurante Skillogalee están a 1, 5 km, una meca de senderos y ciclistas desde la puerta principal en una de las partes más hermosas del valle de Clare. A great place to stay for a small group
Its a beautiful rural property which is easy walking distance into the Seven Hill village. The house has a very new sleek open plan finish while retaining the charm of earlier building phases. The shady garden and surrounds reflect that history. It easily accommodated 8 of us with large areas for eating and relaxing inside and out. Great food /atmosphere at the pub and excellent walking trails from the house.

Peaceful and spacious
A beautiful and peaceful rural property overlooking vines and sheep. Wonderfully equipped modern kitchen. Very warm with great ducted heating for a winter stay. Lots of space for all the family or you could easily have 3 couples stay here.

STUNNING
The property is so beautiful and has absolutely everything you could need whether you're on a group trip, travelling with kids, a romantic, weekend - they have literally thought of everything! The old shearing shed with record player is awesome for some relaxed fun, and the house itself is perfect for a more sophisticated area to spend your time. The garden is gorgeous and the location to the Clare Valley is excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough and I am so grateful to have been able to stay here.

Interstate family meet up
This is a lovely property that presents exactly as described. It was a central spot to meet up with our family from 3 different states over a sunny warm Easter break. We constantly used the lovely pool area, games area in the shearing shed and every evening meal was out at the large table under the beautiful shady trees next to the vines, Each bedroom is large and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked. We all commented how wonderful it is to have extra cutlery, wine glasses, plates etc not just the number per guest This home is in a fabulous location to walk to eating, gin and wine tasting places and a short drive to scenic bush walks. We did it all. It absolutely represents value. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful weekend
Perfect place for a friends get together, close to wineries, restaurants, cafes, Riesling Trail. We did them all! The house is great - spacious, kitchen with all you need, comfortable bedrooms. The lovely outdoor is excellent for afternoon drinks ( a bit chilly for a swim for us but would be great in warmer weather!). Liaising with the owners was easy. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place for a girls weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David’s property. The house is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and fields with grazing sheep which made a perfect setting for a weekend away with friends. The additional complementary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. We would not hesitate to book another stay at this place.

Great girl’s weekend
Woodlands is a lovely house in the vineyards just near Sevenhill. We were a group of school friends who now live interstate and have yearly get togethers. The beds were very comfy, full kitchen, open fire and lots of room. We would highly recommend this house to stay in on your holiday!

Breach of privacy
The house was beautiful and very spacious. However the owners had multiple cameras around property and was watching our comings and goings which made us all feel extremely uncomfortable and breached our privacy. There were also millipedes inside and outside of the house.

Relax with the Famiky
We spent a relaxing few days, eating out at fantastic restaurants and drinking wines, all located conveniently close to Woodlands. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids and the kangaroos in the paddock were beautiful to see. Hosts were friendly and keen to see us have a great time. A beautiful house and a wonderful holiday. Fun place to get together with friends and family
Lovely part of the world. We had a great time listening to vinyl around the fire pit. The bicycles were a special surprise and the back country roads a delight. September is a gorgeous time to visit. Communication on the price was problematic but that could have been us not reading the fine print.

Incredible property that has it all!
Absolutely LOVED our stay at Woodlands! This property has it all - secluded location but close enough to all the attractions and local amenities. We made use of the bikes in the shed and cycled into Sevenhill. What a treat finding the games room in the shearing shed. Ample space for everyone to enjoy and the most stunning gardens! Hidden Gem in the heart of the Clare Valley
Absolutely beautiful property in the heart of the stunning Clare Valley. Absolutely beautiful grounds with lovely vines to walk amongst. The home itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Very hard to leave. Will definitely be back.

Host said they’d communicate details about the house later. However I had to message the host about keys. A bit of confusion about the keys. They said keys would be in the kitchen. I thought That the house was locked how can you access the keys?! The house was actually unlocked a bit concerning. The house was not locked and secure which was concerning.I also asked about what type of heating was there in the house as the photos did not show everything. This question went unanswered. I assumed that host assumed all information would be found on website so therefore didn’t answer.

Woodlands was the perfect spot to base our Clare wanderings. Almost too good as we wanted to stay and enjoy the house and surrounding grounds rather than venture out. We are already planning another stay with more time spent at the property and hope to give the vinyl a proper workout!

Perfect for the whole family of all ages
A big shout out to Heather and David for making our stay at woodlands perfect I have 2 teens with special needs,my son who has Autism and Anxiety had a great time, he loved the vibe of Woodlands,was riding the bikes, walking around the gorgeous gardens and swimming, his most favourite thing was the Jasper the cat 🐈‍⬛ It absolutely catered to the kids every need and they were never bored We had the most relaxing time in a beautiful house and gardens, watched the sunrise, took long walks around the vines and wooded areas. The house has absolutely everything you need and more, modern with clean lines and tasteful decor,we will definitely be coming back to Woodlands

Perfect family get away
Thankyou so much for sharing your beautiful property The house and garden are beautiful, and felt homely. So much room, comfy beds, everything you could need away from home. The pool was fantastic. Just what we needed for some quality family time. Trudy was so lovely and let Mr 9 help with feeding the sheep, a ride on the Ute which made him so happy. We all loved feeding Harry the horse. In the words of Mr 9 I loved this mansion and private pool and can we come back and see Harry
