Just returned from nearly a week long stay and was very impressed. Verity has thought of anything a guest may need while visiting from a first aid kit, toiletries. The kitchen had everything you need. The condo is very spacious and perfectly clean. It was great to have two full bathrooms. The complex was also great. It was wonderful to have access to a pool, a hot tub, and the sea. We also loved being able to walk to restaurants and ice cream. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this place!! Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The pool and hot tub were great with the swim up bar. Lots and lots of different things in the room such as beach toys and chairs, pool toys, coloring items, games, shampoo and conditioner, sunscreen, coolers, bags, different hair products and loved the make up towels and beach towels! We also did laundry and they had laundry soap! Also lots of extra paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher soap. My husband said this is one of the nicest rooms we have ever had! Our 2 girls 4 and 5 absolutely had the time of their lives!

We had an amazing stay in Grand Cayman and truly loved our time here. Verity thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The condo was fully stocked with snorkeling gear, flippers, beach bags, and chairs — she even had inflatables and pool noodles to relax in the cove, which our family loved.The cove itself was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. There were plenty of beach chairs available, and unlike many resorts, there was no need to wake up early to reserve one. It felt relaxing and uncrowded, which made the experience even better.The tiki bar was a great bonus — delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices. It truly felt like staying at a resort, but with more space, privacy, and convenience.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Cayman Islands. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Stay

We had the best time at Sunset cove. Our unit and the host were nothing less than perfect. We would absolutely stay at Seven Mile at Sunset Cove again. This is a wonderful, safe place for families. Lots to do. Our condo had everything from soap and shampoo, little snacks, to fun ocean toys for the big and little kids.

Overall is was great. The seven mile beach is a little misleading as some of the beach is now water. Getting around was easy on the bus and cab. We loved the beach area as it was quiet and very few children. The only tough issue was getting the internet as it dropped a lot. Management was attentive when we had issues.

Clean, quiet, well-appointed condo

Our family of 4 (7 and 11 year old kids) enjoyed our stay at this condo and Sammie was an excellent host. It was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. Comfortable beds, couch, nice towels, great kitchen stuff, and A/C worked well. We only used the pool on the day we arrived and left simply because the beaches are so beautiful. The beach at the condo complex is fine but if you drive down 5 minutes to Governor’s beach, you’ll find a much nicer part of Seven Mile beach. Three things did surprise us - the condo faces a parking garage so it’s not pleasant to sit outside at night (very bright lights and not pretty), we kept the shades drawn most of the time because it was easy for people to see in, and there is a completely defunct condo building and pool (old mattress and garbage in the pool) in the same complex - kind of weird/off putting but we didn’t spend that much time at the condo so it didn’t bother us that much. Overall, a great spot that is better than staying at a hotel for a family of 4 if you plan to eat most lunch and dinners out and want a comfortable place to shower, wash clothes, and relax after dinner out to watch a movie.

Wonderful condo

Awesome Experience at Grand Cayman

We loved the location of the condo. There were several good restaurants within walking distance. The pool was awesome and my daughters loved it. The pool swim up bar and restaurant was fantastic! The beach has some cool areas that you can use the provided scuba equipment. Great access to chairs and umbrellas throughout the beach and pool at the property.

Fabulous stay - no complaints!

I’m pretty picked when it comes to VRBO’s. This place was perfect for my husband and our three kids. Plenty of space for them with the second bedroom and bath. Kitchen was spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. Nice closet space, hampers for dirty clothes, beach toys/snorkel gear for all…just very well equipped. The condo was clean with a nice welcome Basket. View from the balcony isn’t the best but there is a peak of the ocean and it’s very quiet. We Loved that the entire complex wasn’t rowdy but very family oriented. All of the folks staying there were kind and the workers also extremely nice. We loved the swim up bar at the pool, the gorgeous beach for snorkeling. Always plenty of chairs and shade when needed. And the property itself is in a perfect location. You can walk to some shops, which we did for much needed swim shirts, coffee, Icoa Cafe which is a must for almond croissants, and super close to Canaan Bay walkway for cool bars, gelato etc. thank you for wonderful stay and we’ll definitely be returning!!

Great Stay

Wonderful stay. Perfect location, updated condo. We had everything we needed for a great time. Host very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed the goodie basket upon arrival. We were able to checkout late as our flight back wasn't until 8:00pm. We hope to head back for another memorable vacation.
