When my wife went to check out, she asked for a late check out and they said OK and then when we were leaving, they kind of lost it in the system Also the shower system in the bathroom is ridiculous. ..."

"Location is what sells this hotel. However the rooms are not maintained to what they should be given the price point. Service is okay but no one is really helping you.
