What stay!!! I arrived at the accomodationonly to be told they had double booked.They made excuses that they didnt use Hotels.com to advertise, then in another breath said it hadnt intergrated with their booking systems properly. Now I'm having to jump through hoops to get a refund!!! It impressed! Ive been a loyal customer for 20+ years. Now I am having doubts booking through them again, as Im definately not getting my issue resolved easily.
