“We had a great stay at this tiny home! It was clean, cute, and the hot tub was perfect for nighttime start gazing. Nice view off the front patio, as well. It is a bit off the main street so plan your trips into town accordingly, but we really enjoyed and would stay again.”

“The Getaway in DHS is a real gem. It’s four apartments constructed around a lovely walled courtyard. The location is in the foothills out of the way but really close to everything. We loved the decor. The comfy king bed was good for watching Netflix and sleeping. Eric, the host is great a genuinely concerned, available owner. We will definitely stay here on a future visit”

“This apartment is comfortably set up with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The location was perfect for going either to Joshua Tree or Mt San Jacinto or Palm Springs. I loved the mid century modern decor, probably because it triggered nostalgia for my youthful days. Pool was nice for cooling off.”

“Clean, cozy, close to town, Joshiua Tree Park, close by, room includes all amenities. Restaurants just down the street, Farmers Market, shops. Beautiful views 360.”

“We loved our stay here for one week! Excellent (quiet) location and lots of fun playing bean bag toss. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean. We were fortunate to have the entire place to ourselves for the most part. Would have been a different experience if others were also renting the other 2 places. We decided it would be great to rent all 3 spots for a family vacation. Would have liked to have the sliding gate to the property be lockable. Other than that - everything was really great....

“Property was adorable…just perfect for what we needed…place to stay after our concert! Cary was EXTREMELY good at communicating with us and made sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. The place was clean, warm-n-welcoming, and exactly as shown in the pics! The view of the mountains was beautiful. It is located in a remote area, but we knew this, coming to the desert. There is a Starbucks and food not far from the place. The place also has a cute little kitchen if needed. I would highly...

“We had a wonderful weekend away here. The property is beautifully landscaped, large, and very private and quiet. The hot tub was a highlight in addition to the amazing night skies. The north entrance to Joshua Tree is less than 10mins away and the area immediately surrounding the home is very walkable with restaurants, coffee, and museums all nearby. Definitely would come back!”

“It’s a little gem of a house… updated, but has the soul of a classic JT casita. Super comfortable bed, nicely stocked kitchen (Utenils, spices & oils, etc.). One thing to note is that the house is actually situated close to the main road — it’s not exactly out in the dark night sky as cars do drive by regularly. Great hosts and perfect communication.”

“We had a great stay in JT. This home had everything we needed, and the communication with the hosts was incredible. We had issues getting the fire pit started, and the handy man was able to stop by within 30 minutes to teach us how to do it. Unreal! Would definitely stay again. ”
