“This new building was a great stay. No issues with the place. Owners were very responsive. Location was great just north of all the fun and located on the boardwalk. This was our first time visiting and our friends had several issues with their accomodations but luckily we were trouble free. I would call this place well located, and a safe bet for anyone. “We stayed a week at New Dawn - plenty of room for 3 couples. The fabulous pool is the best part of the home and the beach and grounds are lovely. Be aware that the water off the beach is not clear like you might expect at a tropical beachside unit. We did have a lot of rain, but I don’t think that’s the reason. “Our stay was comfortable, with a good distance of walking to Lobster fest. Our room was pretty clean, provided all the amenities mentioned, and even soap and towels. There were some leftover, used things of soap that were still in the shower area from visitors past. It was hard to find our place at first, and even as I was sitting in my hammock one of the days, some visitors had to ask me to help them find their building. But overall, once we got settled it was a great spot to stay at.”
