“The cottage was a comfortable drive to Bala for Cranberry Festival and other neighbouring towns, for exploring.”

“We stayed at the Whitestone cottage for an extended weekend and it was amazing. We had a large group of 14 guys and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen, it’s got everything you need and more along with a dining room table that can probably fit 20 people without any issues. There is so much to do at this property both outdoor and indoor if the weather isn’t cooperating. I’ll have to find another excuse to make my way back to the cottage....

“The Over the Moon Cottages are an excellent location for convenience of being close to downtown Bala amenities and direct access to the lake across the road. We stayed in Unit #4 which was a one bedroom and more than enough space for the two of us. The only hiccup we experienced was no working wifi on the first day which was resolved by the owner for our second morning. “Cozy cottage well equipped, beds like a hotel….very comfy. Beauty kitchen…new and modern…enjoyed the fire every afternoon. Short scenic drive to Huntsville, falls, and lookout, Port Sydney beach is lovely. Fall colours at their peak so stunning drives…we also lucked out with 20+c temps. Hope to return again .”

“We had an amazing weekend. Clean, lake front, great fishing off the dock; watch out for the pike we put up a great fight, and accommodating, with enmities in short distance. Would definitely bring the fam again next year. ”
