Weekend trip
We rented the place for a weekend getaway to Sedona. The place is very nice as it appears in the photos. It was close to hiking trails we wanted to check out and only 2 miles from uptown. It worked out perfect for us.

Great location.... Super clean and comfy home.
This home is in a great location at the base of the airport Mountain. Super easy access to anywhere you need to go, close to shopping, dining, groceries, trails, etc with pretty views of nearby mountains. This home was immaculate. I've stayed in many vacation rentals and this is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. We loved the comfy bed and the fireplaces, both inside and out. Great back patio and fire pit. Outdoor party lights were really pretty, especially when it was snowing. Owners left notes on how to use all the appliances, fireplaces, etc.. also all light switches were labeled. Very helpful. Loved all the attention to detail at this home. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again..

Romantic Getaway
The pictures does not do this gem justice. A beautiful home which makes you feel at home. Cozy up to the indoor or outdoor fireplace with beautiful scenery and and quiet neighborhood were you can walk to resturants and shops.

Wonderful house
We loved our stay at this house. It felt very large and was super comfortable. The open living/kitchen was perfect. The house had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit and watching the stars. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood but is close to many great hikes and an easy drive to Uptown or any other area of Sedona. Check in/out was very easy.

Great house in a great location. Nothing negative to say except a few more laundry pods would have been nice and another cleaner like Windex or Fantastic. Plenty of towels/linens. Very quaint and the fire pit area was so tranquil. Would stay again and certainly recommend to others.

Great home with a wonderful view
The home was very comfortable. It is a very quiet location. Our favorite activities: watching sunrises and sunsets from the dining table. Don't miss the star glazing after 10pm. We loved our stay here.

Very nice place with one unfortunate issue (at the time)
This is a great house with amazing views from several rooms. The back bedroom is also very quiet. The property was clean and ready for our visit, save for one BIG issue. Mosquitos! They were everywhere there was a chair against the house. We stood in the driveway and away from the house and got bit only a few times when they followed us. But in the sofa, chairs and other locations against the house, as well as the 'putting green' (apparently a pet walk area?) and there was a cloud of mosquitos that prevented us from enjoying the nice views and weather from outside. There's some standing water somewhere but we couldn't find it. The mosquitos seem to come out of the cushions themselves! Outside of this one issue, we will definitely stay here again. Property mgr. called a couple days prior to stay to say hello and address any questions - nice! They were not available (on hold for 10 to 15 min and eventually directed to what sounds like an old school answering machine) when we called about the skeeters though. I DO recommend this place!

Relaxing and close to everything.
Property was exceptionally clean and well furnished. The backyard was very inviting and relaxing, including an outdoor fireplace. This is an excellent location and is close to shopping and sights.

Not bad but not great
The house overall was nice and the neighborhood was peaceful. The only reason I’m not giving it a higher rating is because the guest bathroom is completely infested with ants. To the point where I’d have to pick them off the toilet with toilet paper just to go to the bathroom. For how much it costs I’d at least expect it to be sanitary and clean.

Beautiful View
The location was ideal for mountain bike riding and hiking. The home was also close to restaurants and shops. The views from the home were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the red rock mountains.

First time to Sedona
My husband and I met our children in Phoenix and did the beautiful drive into Sedona. The house had great views but even better was the Airport MesA Vortex which was a short 5 min drive above the house to enjoy the spiritual event of the sunset every evening . The large house gave everyone personal space to enjoy the gathering in the comfy couched living room or comfort of privacy in the bedroom or patios. The outdoor fireplace and lovely yard lighting was perfect for cool evenings. The only thing the house needed was an outdoor grill and larger sauté pans for cooking.. We loved cooking together in the large kitchen but had to makeshift due to lack of pans. The house was well equipped with everything else.

Great Sedona Getaway location
This home was perfect for two couples on a long President’s weekend getaway. The bedrooms are well appointed and the common areas were comfortable and relaxing after our full days of hiking biking and sightseeing. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to restaurants and shopping on 89A. We would stay here again but probably not during a holiday weekend when the film festival is happening. There were just too many people in town.

Amazing Stay
We stayed for a girls trip for my 40th birthday. The house was spacious and had everything you would need for a stay. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Easy checking in and checking out instructions. Also had suggested where to eat local attractions etc. Lovely private backyard with gas fire to enjoy evenings. Location was great close to everything. Sedona is beautiful you can go wrong staying here..We truely enjoyed our stay here..Thank you, we can’t wait to visit Sedona again.

Good place for a family
We were there on a family trip with my adult children. There was room for everyone. It was nice to have a fully kitchen and laundry. It was close to a Whole Foods, so we were able to get groceries as soon as we arrived.
