This property was nothing as described. First of all you have to go across the street to enter the creek area and the street is busy. You can’t see around the edges to see if cars are coming because it curves with the mountain line. Very misleading as a private entrance to Oak Creek Canyon. There is no lush 2.5 acres. There is a turf area the size of a medium backyard with one fake fountain man-made. Three really sorry worn picnic tables, spiderwebs everywhere, a dilapidated fence and dead foliage. The room was nice. Until my toilet broke and they decided to transfer me to the room next-door, which was not nice and it stunk. Not to mention that, but they locked me out of my cabin as I was transferring my stuff over and I was locked out from my phone, my purse, my things, and my dog. there was only one other person staying there at the time no one was around, so I basically sat out front crying until thank God someone showed up that could let me in. This happened to be a maintenance man that was coming to fix the toilet that broke about a half an hour to 40 minutes after I called them. Do not recommend especially if you have kids. Again you would have to drive them out of that area to a safe side of the street to go down to the creek bed. I was told five times the manager would call me back to the lockout. No one has called me back and it’s been two days. Do not stay here.
