We enjoyed our stay in Sedona, AZ, and this home is in a great location, but I am hesitant to recommend it, unless the owner makes some easy tweaks.
The house has many beautiful decorations, and a number of fragile items are within reach; for that reason, we would not recommend this home for small children. Also, we had no internet and had some noise issues.
The positive:
--the house was clean and located in a part of west Sedona that was a quick drive to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. as well as uptown
--The area was quiet most of the time.
--The kitchen was fairly well-stocked with cookware
--The owner definitely has collected some cool decor, which added to our experience in Sedona
The negative:
--The digital lock on the front door for which we had a code was non-operational, dead batteries? Incidentally, the soap dispenser in the kitchen was also non-operational, dead batteries? Perhaps the place just needs a more thorough check.
--We could connect to the house Wi-Fi network, yet we had no internet; perhaps there was a problem with the ISP account. We know that it wasn't a problem on our end, as the living room TV also lacked a connection to the internet.
--On Saturday night, around 9:30pm, bongo drums were heard from the master bedroom. I went on the back deck and observed two houses behind us with groups of people hanging out. The noise wasn't loud, from our perspective, but my wife and I both heard it.
