Gorgeous view
My group arrived late at night and parked right out on the street. We were confused by the door right out front, but as soon as we figured out to go into the courtyard to gain access we were in! And had we parked in the parking spot instead of the road, we would have gotten right in.The accommodations were great! It seemed like everything as well thought out and everything we could possibly need was covered for our football weekend. Everything was clean. Enough space so we were not on top of each other! Absolutely beautiful!!

Wonderful Property and Wonderful Hosts
I am a Seattle local and I rented this location to be close to downtown and show my out-of-town friend the city. This property was beautiful in decoration and cleanliness. I had to reach out to the host because we thought there was an issue with the heat - there wasn't - and the host was immediately responsive and helped troubleshoot.I would absolutely return to this property if I need someplace local to stay again.

Fun football weekend
The place was super clean and plenty of room! There are a LOT of stairs😂 We arrived a little after 4 PM and had not received the door code. It took about 20 minutes to communicate with the property host to get the code. The host was pleasant and checked in to see if we had everything else we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Property
Loved the property. Would highly recommend. Great location. Short Uber to a bunch of fantastic restaurants and breweries. Check In was simple. Unit was clean and comfortable. Favorite part was the 2 king beds with private baths for each bedroom. Property does have a lot of steps to reach 2nd and 3rd floors. Wasn't an issue for us but those with mobility issues could have a problem. Roof top was great. Unfortunately the weather didn't really cooperate so we didn't get to use it.

Ballard Townhouse
A nice place to stay. My only complaint is the first set of stairs. They need to be marked as the wood is so light it is hard to differentiate the dimensions of the stairs and can be hazardous. Also I would take out the animal rug in the main bedroom downstairs I think it’s a tripping hazard. Otherwise it was a great place to stay

Excellent Townhome Convenient to Ballard
Beautiful accommodations within and easy reach of Ballard. Balcony and rooftop venues were beautiful - can actually see Mt. Rainier. Easy parking for both us and visitors. Host left all makings for coffee - very appreciated. Though 15th Avenue is busy it is easy bus route to points downtown, including hockey arena, Seatle needle, etc. Host was very easy to reach and took care of an initial problem with an ac controller. Recommended.

This property was super clean, well appointed, and 2 en-suite bedrooms with king size beds! The bonus was the fabulous roof top with very nice furniture and a new gas grill (we normally take advantage of a grill but didn’t this time). Great host and easy access to the unit. Highly recommend.

The property is excellent. Clean; modern; great views; well-equipped; comfy bedding; lots of towels and amenities. Great location, although the street was very busy. Good insulation for noise, though. Parking off-street behind the unit. There seems to be a minor ant problem - but nothing major. I'd stay there again.

Great Place
My wife and I stayed here while visiting our son and were very happy with the place. Very clean and well-stocked. Nicely decorated and everything worked. Great to have the parking spot. Busy/noisy street, but sound machines in bedrooms worked great. Lots of stairs, so if you have mobility issues it might be an issue. The rooftop deck was our favorite "room." Walked all over - Sunset Hill Park, Golden Gardens Park, etc. Already booked our next stay!

Ballard rocks with this one!
Searching for space for 3 with rooftop deck, 7717 stood out for description and rooftop and parking space included. Beautiful design, thoughtful extras, great linens, comfy new clean furniture and rugs. Neighborhood not as lovely as the space, but head to the rooftop with wine& cheese, the lightshow by flights landing at Sea Tac is exceptional. Payton has been 0great. We extended , with grateful hearts

The house was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. The area is good for walking to restaurants and other needs but out of the hubbub of central Seattle. On-site parking definitely a bonus!

Comfy and Clean
We had a great stay in this townhome. We and our in-laws were in town for a wedding and stayed here. The home is set up perfectly; the two bedrooms (with ensuite baths) were at opposite ends of the townhome, so privacy was never an issue. The place is definitely worth staying in and I would definitely recommend it.

Great Spot for all Your Seattle Sites
First, Payton is amazing! Very kind and considerate as a property manager and very accommodating. The townhouse is very clean and filled with all your essentials. Traveled as a party of 4 and we were all comfortable. Great spot for Uber pickups to take you to all the tourist spots and within driving distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Cute, clean and spacious
Very clean with lots of amenities. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal if you want to stay in. Super comfortable beds and plenty f space for me and my two guests. If stairs aren't your thing, this property won't work for you. The host was always available for questions.

Perfect!
This was absolutely perfect for us. Separate spaces yet a place to come together. The location’s great! The place was spotless!!! And the beds…the beds…next level. There was thought put into so may little treats along the way. Coffee and makings, mints, well stocked kitchen, plenty of TP LOL. Will stay here every time we come this way.
