Seattle Family Wedding
Lovely home, great location, nice accommodations. Our only complaint was 2 of the 3 beds we used, did not seem to have clean sheets ( dark hair on the sheets). There were additional linens in the closets that we used to change the ones on those beds. Rest of the house seemed clean. The home had everything we could have wanted away from home. The back porch & yard are a wonderful calming retreat. We would stay here again if the need arose,

The property was nice. However, thought the property owner should get the following feedback: 1. Property needs a good dusting for light fixtures, drapes, etc., A/C units from 2nd floor is leaking down through the doorjamb on first floor, water leaking from fridge, need new coffee pot, outdoor garbage cans full when we arrived, slow drain in master shower

The Perfect Thanksgiving!
This house was absolute perfection for our needs. We are from Spokane and wanted to spend Thanksgiving with our son, his girlfriend, and her family who live in Seattle, so we rented this gem of a home for our stay. It is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood, with a perfect kitchen for cooking a holiday meal, fully stocked with everything we needed! The weather was even nice enough to use the beautiful outdoor kitchen space on one of the nights there. The dining room was perfect - and there was plenty of room in the living room and tv room for our guests to spread out and visit. The bedrooms were comfortable and I loved the soaking tub in the spacious master bath. Great house - Highly recommend!!

This house was a lot
This house is enormous and has a lot of decorations, furniture and supplies. I wish we could have used the huge furnished patio and the fountain. I only have a couple of concerns. First, there are some leaks and groans in the plumbing. Second, there is no light in the side yard where you let out the dogs. We were there on a dark, rainy night. It’s really a lovely accommodation. Wish we could have had the family with us to take full advantage of it.

Family Gathering space was wonderful
We had kids coming from Alaska and all of us (10) from the lower 48 that met in Seattle. This fine property gave us the space for grandparents and Alaska kids to stay and the others came over from nearby Hilton to visit. This property had lots of outdoor space. We thoroughly enjoyed our get together.

Ideal for our multigenerational group who needed easy access to both the Eastside and Seattle, shared space, but enough room to also get some alone time. We felt like guests in the home- and benefited from our gracious hosts hospitality, beautiful back yard, and lovely home. Thank you! We would definitely come back and stay again!

Thanksgiving week
Went to Washington to have thanksgiving with our daughter, with this in mind we wanted a home that had a nice kitchen and dining area for eight of us to have a sit down thanksgiving diner. Over all this house is nice. The good; quiet area, nice back yard, nice master bathroom, roomy, well stocked cooking spices. The bad; the kitchen cookware was barely usable and extremely cheep , knifes dull, and no sharpener available, oven was not clean and had burnt food left in it, the kitchen sink was leaking, both fire places did not work, no fire pit as listed in back yard and the patio heaters that are shown in the pictures were looked out so you cannot use them, (we we’re not notified of this until a couple of days before we arrived) no toilet paper holder in guest bath, roll just sits on the tank. We immediately contacted the management company and got the run around and nothing ever got fixed or taken care other than the sink that I had repaired. My opinion is that the owner pinches the pennies, if they would spend a few bucks and address the needed repairs provide a $200.00 set of pots and pans, unlock the patio heaters this would be a wonderful place to stay.
