Quick Seattle trip
Rented this home for myself & significant other as well as 2 other couples! We traveled to Seattle for the night for a local concert & this home was great. Easy to find with the directions provided by the home owner. Loved waking up & see the view of the water. The kitchen was fully furnished. Bedrooms were cozy!

Beautiful Views
I stayed here on a girls trip and we really enjoyed our stay there. The views were great and it was very clean and comfortable. We had a big SUV which was a tight squeeze getting in through the alley and parking in the garage, but it was doable. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely space
Easy access on and off freeway. Quiet neighborhood. Its on a hill so if you want to walk to some of the coffee shops or to Petes market..just know its up and downhill. The place is very clean and comfortable but you should know it's 4 floors including garage. . Its well equipped. The master suite is beautiful. Nice to have 3 bathrooms. The price is excellent. There were 5 of us and we were not cramped at all. I would recommend.

This is an amazing property in every way. The location is very central to all Seattle attractions. It’s in a very walkable, safe and interesting neighborhood. The townhouse is immaculate and has everything one would expect and so much more. All the amenities are first class. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the views are spectacular. Anne is a very kind and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious townhome. Huge value
This is one of the best places I’ve ever rented. It has three fours of living space with two small balconies offering panoramic views of the lake and the Space Needle. The accommodations are spacious and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and offers several restaurants, cafes, and bars within a short walking distance. It was a convenient location to catch a bus to Downtown or the university district, and a decent hike to Capitol Hill. Anne is the most communicative and helpful owner I’ve rented from. A gem of a place.

Perfect Piece of Paradise
This townhome is as perfect and pleasing as shown in the photos! It was SUPER CLEAN (love that) and well-appointed. From the minute you step in, it is apparent that this lovely and solidly built home is a place of pride for the wonderful owner, Anne. I have never worked with a host so personable and attentive to every detail, including her recommendations for sights to see, places to eat and, of course, coffee! I chose this home for its lovely accommodations, proximity to sights and restaurants, the views of the Western sky and Seattle city skyline, and for the reasonable price. We could not have been more pleased! We felt very lucky to have found this home and this host. In spite of the abundance of stairs, it was a "meant to be" experience, and we could not have asked for anything more! Absolutely wonderful!

We stayed here while our daughter and boyfriend were in town from Arizona. This house was perfect for their special weekend he proposed in the wheel. The view from the top floor is awesome. The house was as expected. It was a great weekend.

Fantastic Home! Great Value
This property was the best one I have ever stayed in. It is beautifully furnished, close to town, has beautiful views of the water, was super clean, and had a parking space. The owner, Anne, was easy to communicate with. She provided suggestions for dining, breakfast, and events. She has everything needed for a visitor, even a first aid box and car seats for children. This house is exceptional!!!! Excellent value!
