The property its self was clean and nice. The condo served its purpose. Good location, a lot to walk to from the door. However, the check in process was awful. No one was available to let us into the building. We stood outside for over an hour trying to get into the building and no one would let us in. I had all the information for entering our actual apartment like codes and such but no information to get into the building. We also had no form of contact of an actual person, the only contact I had was the 1-800 vacasa number and was on hold for way too long. Then when I had questions it took HOURS to hear back from someone on the messaging app. It started the trip off very poorly. Also no way for early check in and no way for a bag drop.

Close to everything!

The location was great, we walked to the space needle and could have walked to Pikes market (its seriously down hill so the walk back would have been tough.) Tom was great getting us all square in the unit and when we had a priblem the team was right there to help. It would have been nice to have an extra fob as we split the group a few times but we made it all work. I'd stay here again.

Perfection in the heart of Seattle

Overall - this very nice 2 BR / 2bath Condo was nothing less than perfect. Very clean - great views from the 7th floor - and close to EVERYTHING we wanted to see. Space needle, Pike Place public market, water front, museums, best restaurants in town, and much more. Thank you for a great three days!

Great location

Walking distance to Pike Place, lots of local shops, and transit. Parking was a bit of a hassle but we only did it once. Watched new years fireworks from the balcony!

Amazing apartment in the perfect location

This apartment is lovely and well appointed. I cooked in the kitchen, which is saying a LOT! The location is amazing because you can walk to just about anything. The reserved parking space is great. We felt very safe, it was nice and quiet (most of the time), and I would absolutely go back!!! It was hard to leave.

Ladie’s weekend

The location was great and it was very comfortable. The hot tub was not working, which was a bummer, and there was a car parked in our spot. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Short Vacation Stay

Had a good stay, everything was close by with walkable distance. Condo was clean, included full kitchen essentials. The two bedrooms are large enough for 4 people stay. Down side is no AC, only ceiling fans. It can get warm & humid in the afternoon. Otherwise, it was a place to stay for a short vacation.

It was a little unclear on where checkin was. It would have been nice to know what street the entrance was into the lobby. Once checked in, everything was great. The master bathroom toilet was a bit dirty. Otherwise beautiful place and wonderful experience. Would recommend this to others for sure!!

Great location-but is VERY TIRED

This is a difficult condo to review as the location couldn't be better. We lived in Seattle for 30+ years so knew where we wanted to stay, but that is the best thing about this condo. The check-in is a PAIN as you have to meet with a Vacasa rep just to get access to the condo. When you are traveling-this adds one more headache to time your arrival to meet someone. It involved about 10 back and forth texts. The condo is extremely dated and the needs a serious update. The carpets were all 'clean' (AKA vaccuumed)-but were stained, faded and gross. There were holes in both bathroom walls where they had moved towel racks and never finished the process. Bathrooms lacked hand towels. Closets also had holes in walls and filled with weird boxes etc-no full length hanging for dresses in master. Again-if you are looking for a great location in Seattle-look no farther, but just know that it is not a 'deluxe penthouse' as advertised.

Great Getaway

Fantastic location! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, a bakery on one side and a pizzeria on the other! There's a corner market for a quick grab, and it's close to everything. Very walkable if you're an urbanite, and very bikeable too. Bike and scooter share is available. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and both the veranda and the shared deck were great!
