Nice house, wish I could've enjoyed it.
The house itself is as advertised but we had a couple of big problems with our stay that was cut short, based on the inconvenience. First, the furnace went out, so we spent the first night trying to sleep in a cold house. The owner took care of the furnace the next day, so we appreciated that greatly. But the bigger issue was that the door keypad never worked for us, so we weren't able to enter/exit the house freely. The owner had to unlock it remotely the first night just so we could get in. The following night, she tried to repair it and couldn't. We asked for a physical key and she didn't have one. We asked to call a locksmith to resolve it that night otherwise we would checkout and ask for a refund since this was a really inconvenient situation. She left with us thinking she would get a locksmith to come out and then messaged us a few minutes later saying that she would work to fix the door keypad the following day and that we could just call her each time we wanted to enter/exit the house in the meantime so she could lock/unlock the door remotely with her app. Although she thought this was a workable solution, we thought this was highly inconvenient...especially for a house we're spending several hundreds of dollars on per night on our vacation. Ultimately, the house looked nice but this "experience" was horrible.
