Location is good, although a little far from downtown Seaside to walk. Houses were all clean, parking was good. Common area was very nice. Property backs up to a wonderful wetland pond full of birds and walking paths, and aggressive homeless. While it's not the Common's fault, it takes away a bit of the charm when the connected natural area is littered with trash, discarded cloths, obvious camps, illegal "Private Property" & "No Trespassing" sign, and some guy asking me if I know who moved his f-ing boat.
But the game room has air hockey, Ms. Pac-Man, and Golden Tee, so that's pretty great.
