Some good, some could be better
On the plus side, the bed, the outside space for the dog, and the hot tub. The biggest problem was heat. The furnace was set at 60, but even when changed, only blew cold air. We found a couple of space heaters and turned on the wall heaters in the bathroom but it was after 10:00 before we were able to get out from under coats and blankets. The space heaters don't turn on and off cleanly and the lights flicker. The cover on the hot tub is water logged and can only be folded back half way. The tall stools at the table are unusable for shorter, older people. We only found out the night before we left that the coffee table had a top that could be used for eating. All three faucets didn't turn off easily. They needed to be jiggled to find the off spot. All in all the house felt dated but we had a great trip.

Loved the location. Really close to the beach, a market, and a couple good restaurants. Fully fenced back yard, great for our dog.

Absolutely idyllic
This lovely house is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach, around the corner from a handy market, and practically next door to the best breakfast/lunch restaurant in Seaside. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant, convenient, charming place to spend a week or two. A friendly neighborhood, a private back yard with hot tub, comfy beds. Sign me up for a repeat visit!

Perfect location
Just 3-4 blocks from The Promenade but in a quiet family neighborhood away from holiday traffic we stayed extended family of kids, grandparents, parents, and dogs. The kids loved the hot tub and we had fun. The yard was a little rough around the edges, but the house was clean and. Well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils.

Another great stay!
We've stayed at this home 4 times now and each time has been perfect. The location can't be beat and the fenced yard for the pups is great. The hot tub is wonderful to relax in after a long walk on the beach. We'll be back!

Adorable and Comfy
We had a wonderful little getaway with the family after midterms for my kiddo! Pet friendly and the most adorable backyard. Loved the hot tub! Kids bedroom was away from the adults which was really nice for all. Great getaway!!

Cute and cozy
We had a nice time and would use VACASA again. The home was cute and good fit for our family of 5. We used the sand toys, made s’mores in the backyard, and enjoyed the jacuzzi after the beach. The only issue we had was the heat. The furnace wasn’t working so we used the 2 plug in heaters and extra blankets. Overall and good experience.

Great location
Great location, 2 blocks from the beach on the quieter south end of town. Nice restaurant and convenient market right down the street. House was overall clean, we did notice the heater for the house did not function well, only circulated air (avg temp in house was 62, so not that bad but needed a sweatshirt, thermostat was set at 80 when we got there but just in fan only mode, heat mode did not work). It seemed only space heater in bathroom and bunk room worked.

Wonderful home and location! The beach is so nice,the house has everything
So perfect! We are all over 70 - 4 sisters - and really enjoyed everything! Many walk! Outside sitting! Wonderful kitchen. Great all around. Three items for review - kitchen faucet is very leaky and bathroom Upgrades (air freshener and tissues). And instructions for TV !

Relaxing vacation spot
The house is charming and old-fashioned on a quiet street. It was ruthlessly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed, though I would have appreciated a vacuum or broom to use given how much we were going in and out. At some point the wifi stopped working and after some troubleshooting we discovered it was because the GFCI outlet had tripped. We couldn't find the sand toys mentioned in the listing but luckily there are plenty of shells and sticks on the beach, so we didn't even miss them. There are plenty of towels, and toiletries are provided. There are laundry machines and we used the dryer for our swimsuits. We made good use of the hot tub. The backyard was great for hanging out, with seating in sunny and shady spots. The grill's thermometer is broken but otherwise it worked fine and propane is provided. There is also a hose back there, handy for hosing off the sand. The kitchen is well-equipped and had basic seasonings available. Excellent location close to the prom and a park with a playground, though getting to the commercial area requires a drive. We had a relaxing vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Quiet nice location
Really nice location. The house is just a few buildings down is a market and bar/grill. So that was nice. The house heating didn’t work the first day we were there, but management responded promptly and brought us space heaters. The kind size bed had broken support beams underneath and collapsed the bed the first day. luckily there weren't any other adults with us, so we slept in the other bedroom which was a queen bed (pretty disappointing). All in all though, it was a cute house. We got to utilize the fire pit and hot tub. That was great and they had bikes that we used to bop around town.

You have to stay here !
First it was so clean !!! Walking distance to the beach and food. So many towels if you have kids you will understand. The kids room is on the opposite side of the house (yay parents who want a break ). Everything was perfect .

Best place to stay in Seaside!
Cute, clean home with so many extras. Hot tub was wonderful, everything available in the kitchen that was needed and so close to the beach. We've stayed here before & will stay again. Vacasa is great to work with.

Adorable House, Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed with my mother in law and two toddlers and there was plenty of room for us. The kids bedroom with the bunk beds was the perfect spot for our toddlers. The home was very clean, stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, bikes, sand toys, chairs, etc. The host has really thought of everything to make this place feel like home. The hot tub was a huge plus and there is a small fire pit outback where we enjoyed making s'mores. The beach is only a two block walk and we really liked how calm that end of the beach was away from the crowed main section. There is a restaurant, coffee shop & market all within walking distance of the house. We would stay here again!

Great stay but early check out bummer
We loved this home and the neighborhood! Pub and market a block away! That was a nice surprise and really convenient, plus fun to walk to. Beach is super close too! The hot tub was relaxing but needed more chlorine … felt scummy & dirty. If I knew where the chlorine was I could have taken care of it. The early 10am checkout was a bummer … we had to huddle to get our fam of five out on time… besides these couple things, we really did enjoy the home and the location. Would stay again, just plan for the 10am check out better!
