Adorable 2 dormitorios, 2 baños casa con temas de playa en todo.  A un corto paseo de la playa, esta linda casa de campo en la playa cuenta con una sala de estar con chimenea de gas, televisión por cable y acceso a Internet inalámbrico gratuito.  La cocina tiene todos los utensilios de cocina, vajilla, microondas y cafetera.  El dormitorio del rey es brillante y alegre con ventanas y un tragaluz.  El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen con un baño principal que tiene una cabina de ducha.  El segundo cuarto de baño, con combinación de bañera / ducha, está fuera del pasillo, accesible para todos.  Ubicado en un tranquilo barrio residencial, este es el refugio perfecto para una familia pequeña o una pareja.   Se proporcionan todas las sábanas y toallas, por favor traiga toallas de playa para el uso de la playa. Barbacoa de carbón siempre. Estacionamiento para 2 autos; otros alquileres de vacaciones están cerca también.  No fumar / No mascotas en casa.

Great Autumn stay
I could not have been happier. This cottage was perfect for just myself, a stretch of days to reflect on the past year, and do a little looking ahead at life. It was easy to cook for myself (all the kitchen essentials are there), and walk to beach and to downtown Seaside. Communication with management was easy, courteous. And when I had to call with a minor issue with the toilet, the maintenance guy was there in 15 minutes to deal with. Though I was alone, the two bedrooms are fairly large, and two couples could comfortably stay together. And the weather this past week was classic autumn -- some rains, some sun, and great sunsets.

Clamming getaway
Had a great time. Great location to walk to main seaside attractions. Neighborhood street was quite and quaint. Good location if you want to clam and fish Seaside or Astoria (about 15-20 minutes away) The only downside was the parking. The neighbor has a big post in the alley that a full size truck can not get back there

Cute little beachhouse in Seaside
We enjoyed our stay during a short family vacation for 4 adults. The house is located on a very quiet street and within walking distance to a section of the beach that is not too busy, as well as the end of the promenade. My parents were unable to walk down to the main area of the boardwalk due to mobility issues, but it was just a short drive away. The main bedroom and bathroom were big and spacious; the second room with the ensuite was much smaller and a bit tight to get around, but we made it work for the 2 days we were there. Overall, we had a great stay!

My family had such a nice stay here. Just a short walk or drive to everything, yet far enough away to be quiet and out of the busy area. we also felt very safe here. The house was well stocked and had everything you need, even fun board games for family nights. We are already planning to come back next year.

Absolute perfect!
This place had the perfect feel of rustic beach house. It was very tastefully decorated with adorable touches throughout. The place was spotless. It felt welcoming and spacious. We stayed myself and my husband as well as our adult son (age 23) and our little son (age 7). It was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The location is perfect about a block from the beach. We have been to Seaside several times and this has been our favourite place to stay so far. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we come. We would love this to be our go to spot if possible.

Peaceful Stay
The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. We needed a quiet place to relax and enjoy time together and this home hit the mark. The property management team was excellent, keeping us informed, and taking care of us promptly. The location was ideal - close to the promenade and downtown. We will be back! Nice quiet place to stay
Comfortable house in quiet neighborhood. We were concerned with the back stairs where you need to park as they are steep and could be slippery when wet. I'd suggest putting in non slip stairs at a less steep angle. Would be nice to have a radio of some sort. We would definitely stay there again.

I has rented the house that is up above but the heater wasn't working so we got moved to another home. The house we were at was so cute and comfortable the owner came over and helped with a TV issue. It was perfect thank you 💗💗

Not sure who entered home while we were out
The property was clean and in great area but when my daughter and I returned from shopping it was obvious someone had entered the house. The ice chest, bottle of detergent and roll of garbage bags that were on the coffee table when we left were now on the floor- stacked neatly. The rental information binder that was on the dining table was on the couch and the microwave was beeping while flashing the words “end” on the timer. We decided to pack up and drive home that evening.

Really nice
The property was perfect for what we needed. Our 6 year old kid loved the super-soft queen be and bathroom for himself, the king size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen / living room had everything we needed. The house is very close to the beach, which made it a breeze to walk over to play in the sand. The house is located off the beaten path, away from the promenade's crowd, yet close enough to everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful part of Seaside, we will add it to our rotation again.

Very quite and close to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Large back deck for privacy. You can hear and smell the ocean from the back deck. Its very relaxing. The front yard needs some TLC. The flowers were dry and the weeds are pretty bad. Not a deal breaker but the other yards in the neighborhood are very manicured. It would be nice to have a table for the back deck and maybe a gas firepit.

Great house close to the beach.
We were coming to visit movie locations in Astoria. This house was perfectly situated. A short drive to Astoria and out of the hubbub of the main part of Seaside. A short walk - 1.5blocks - to the beach made it easily assessable for watching the sunsets and early morning walks. I would definitely stay here again. The house is small, 2 BR but each with a bathroom. It was very clean and stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Salt and pepper were the only seasonings. We ate out often so it wasn’t an issue. I wish that rentals would include more herbs, etc for cooking. But that’s for another time. I highly recommend this house.
