“I came to stay here for my birthday weekend and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I was booking late and thought I wasn’t going to find anything but found this gem!! Jack answered ALL of my questions promptly and I never had to wait more than an hour or less for a response. The house was super clean when we arrived and it worked out that we could check in earlier when we arrived since it was pouring. Literally a 30 second walk to the boardwalk. Enough beds to sleep 10-12 comfortably...

Can’t beat the location to the beach and short walk to food and entertainment. The AC is so down units which can be noisy and there is no AC in the kitchens so those rooms tend to get warm.
