“Horrible experience. The door would not lock so I had no way of locking the unit upon leaving. I reached out to the contact person multiple times and they never did anything about it. “Prior to my arrival I was not sent any instructions for accessing the property. When I arrived I attempted to send a message to the property owner, I also went to the front door and through a Ring doorbell the owner asked who I was and didn’t realize the date so was unprepared for my arrival. He quickly prepared the room but the lack of communication and confusion on the dates was a bit disappointing. ”

“We arrived Friday around 545 and the property did not have the heat on. It was 57 degrees in the house. When the property owner was notified they first acted like I didn’t know how to work a thermostat. The real problem was their house kept throwing a breaker.
